They should really hire better check in reps they all have a negative attitude never smile and the only one that’s decent is the gal that sits on the right when you walk in. They pretend they don’t see you come in when all it takes is I’ll be with you in a moment. The worst feeling is going in and being treated like your the problem when all your trying to do is get a doctor to make you feel better!!! Please consider on hiring happier help!! Give it a one on reps the doctors are good love them !!! And nurses are pretty cool.

Dr. Rohr is the most OUTSTANDING dentist. Not only is he exceptional at what he does, he LISTENS to me & accommodates me as he is able. I hate being numb & having unnecessary chemicals in my body. He allows me to go without anesthesia when it is a procedure I might be able to tolerate, which is most of the time. He is careful, competent & precise. I would travel many miles to see him (a dentist I can trust) and am so thankful he is right here in Hutchinson at Prairie Star! (Sliding scale, new facility, and the softest, most comfortable leather chairs you can imagine!) Also, I once had a tooth break, an old filling fall out, due to decay underneath. He advised extraction, but filled at my request, explaining that it was such a large portion of the tooth, quite deep & at risk of the nerve dying... Filling it likely would not work, & I might not want to spend money on it. I could not afford a root canal/crown, but wanted to take a gamble & try to save it. The tooth did eventually die, but I was grateful that he was willing to attempt for me. Many dentists would not. It is important to me to have a say in my care, and with Dr. Rohr I am granted that. I give my highest recommendation...

I would give this place less than one star if I could. I had my first visit which went great. I scheduled a second visit and when I went in, my appointment had been cancelled because of a mistake on the behalf of their customer service staff! They were happy to reschedule me but I had to wait another month! This place is terrible! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy!

Terrible customer service. Had to make an appointment three months in advance because they were booked solid, which in fairness was not their fault, but when I arrive I get told that not only was the doctor I was scheduled to see on vacation that week, but also that they refuse to schedule me for a year, because I had missed previous appointments. They had moved my appointments to the previous month without confirming the changes with me. Would recommend against, will not be returning.

Emily knee is the bomb digity of all dentist she is awesome and my normal nurse tiffany is the bomb digity also I appreciate all they have done for me I recommend all or any to come have there teeth done also Emily is awesome on pulling teeth and dentures they make sure when u get dentures that it don't hurt when u get them and the place where they make the dentures made is awesome also I would wate that place with a 10 and I rate Emily a 10 and tiffany a 10

They TRICK you... they say it’s going to be cheap but then the rip you off! THEY ARE LIARS!! Your regular health department is cheaper than going there even WITHOUT insurance! Liars is what they are, they tell you it’s cheap but don’t listen its not what it seems. Terrible!! ZERO starts for me...

The dentsl area is a joke they'll cancel your appointments without even notifying you when it takes at least another month to get back in staff is rude and very hard to get anyone to answer the phone

These guys are the WORST! Yeah, they have discounted pricing but the old adage "You get what you pay for" could NEVER be truer! My mom went to get several teeth assessed that were missing crowns and they pulled all 3 of them. Several weeks later was still in a lot of pain. After X-raying to determine the issue, turns out they missed part of the root of one tooth and she had a massive infection from that. Had to pay $5,000 in surgery somewhere else just to get that rectified. STAY AWAY!!

Dental Review! Literally almost killed me! STAY AWAY! Go to GraceMed! I went in for a tooth that was in pain. They Xrayed and examined. Sent me away with NO medication and an extraction date A MONTH AWAY! Was in massive pain. A week later I managed to get into GraceMed who instantly saw that the tooth was infected, and it had almost spread into my jaw bone. They were blown away that Prairie Star missed this. DO NOT go to Prairie Star Dental!

I have been there for medical and counseling. So far I am pleased. Just started counseling. I believe it helps. Have not been there for dental. My doctor does a good job of diagnosing. Yes it is annoying not being able to see her when I am sick. But easier to get in then at the clinic. My wait at Prairie Star is a week. My wait at clinic about a month. But they do have walk in care but after getting over the fear of diabetes I am back to near death then doctor. Because there is not much that can be done by anyone.

They took x-rays of my mouth and told me that I would need a few fillings. They got through one only to tell me that it needed a root canal done which is extremely irritating. Also, they never answer the phone on the dental side or have called me back after leaving voicemails with my information.
