My 4 kids have being coming to Pediatric Care North since my first born in 2005. The office moved to this new building from the old building on the St.Luke's Hospital Barry Rd. Campus. I love that this office has a separate sick waiting area for kids. I have used the lactation services for all 4 of my kids & all the ladies are so amazing & helpful & patient. The doctors my kids see now are Dr. Beard, Dr. Kubart, or Dr. Riddell. They do a great job at listening to any issues or concerns my kids have. Sometimes our scheduled appointments run late because of doctors thrown off schedule by something during their shift, so my child gets impatient waiting more. This office has grown & I have seen the staff grow a bit stressed at times, but have showed their professionalism at all times. My kids & I appreciate all that you do day in and day out. Thank you!

Dr. Bays is an amazing doctor. With that said, the ability to obtain records and keep them is impossible for this office, which ultimately leads to several headaches down the road. It’s a shame because the office staff seems to deter patients, even though the doctors here are great.

I came across this practice by a visiting pediatrician at this hospital when my daughter was born 7 Years ago. I couldn't be more pleased with the doctors at this practice. My favorites include DR. Storm, Marx, and Malone! Plus the Nurse Practitioner Veda is one of my favorites. So I know there a lot of doctors here, but find one you like (maybe some better for your personality), but all I trust. Plus their LACTATION, department was a LIFESAVER for my daughter when she was born. Thank you Dr. Storm for caring for our little people and opening this great clinic!

I have been taking my children here for 13 years. I am pleased with the doctors but the office staff is unacceptable. I rarely call the office, but when I do I'm always greeted with an attitude and rushed off the phone. These people act like I am completely inconveniencing their day. I have already voiced my complaint to the office manager, but it appears this is a common occurance from previous reviews. Obviously the complaints have not made a difference. I have already found a new office for my children.

Have been going here with my children for almost 5 years. Dr Bays is the best and the facility is in good order. Need to do a better job informing patients of the sick and well waiting areas to keep the healthy kids from catching illness.

My daughter is now 9 and has been going to this office since she was 18 months. The staff is always so nice and attentive. Wait times can vary however this is true for all doctor offices. Only once was my daughter condition missed and even childrens mercy said she was showing no signs of pneumonia and they caught the condition due to her pulse o2. We even got an apology from the doctor for missing this. My daughter loves going to checkups at the doctors and we have always been treated with respect and attention.

I have been taking my children to Pediatric Care North for the past 5 years. I've seen it when the clinic is very busy and when it is not. I don't recall a time where I had to wait more than 15 minutes to be seen and for a doctor's office in general, that's pretty good. They are always easy to reach by phone and I've often called in the morning and gotten an appointment the same day when my child has had an ear infection or pink eye, etc. The staff are friendly and we have seen several different nurse practitioners and physicians there over the years and they are all great. If you are looking for a pediatrician's office with reasonable wait times, great appointment availability and friendly staff, go with Pediatric Care North.

I've been taking my 4 children here since birth (12 years!) and love the staff and office. Dr. Storm has always given us great attention and service and is always very open to making sure my kids' care in the office lines up with our personal beliefs. You can tell the team truly cares about the health of their patients.

We searched for a long time for a pediatrician that we liked and trusted. We have had some bad experiences in the past. This office is awesome! I have had great experiences with all the people we've worked with here. The are always quick to get us in when one of the kids is sick. Highly recommend!

Our guys sees Dr. Riddell and we absolutely love her! She is knowledgeable and friendly and takes the time to ensure we are comfortable with the information she is providing. The staff are friendly as well. Would definitely recommend as they easily get you in for same day appointments as well.

We have been going here for 1 month now and the staff has been extremely helpful during our first month as parents. The lactation consultants have been extremely attentive to us and helpful in guiding us towards properly nourishing our son. So far, we have been extremely impressed with the staff and are glad we chose Pediatric Care North.

I love Dr. Bays!! My boys have received nothing, but excellent care from her. Dr. Bays is always very friendly and down to Earth. She throughly addresses any questions or concerns that I have in regards to my children's health. I have referred several friends to her! The front office staff are very courteous and never fail to acknowledge your presence upon entering the clinic. Unfortunately, despite Dr. Bays and the front office staff delivering excellent customer service I still have to give a 2-Star ranking to PCN. I have had ongoing issues with the lady that handles the billing and insurance. There were issues with my firstborn's insurance, so our relationship did not take off on the right foot. I feel that this individual targets me and is always rude when we interact. I really would like to continue seeing Dr. Bays, but do not plan on returning until these issues are resolved. It is very unfortunate how just one individual's actions can directly impact your child's care.

If I could rate this office 0 stars, I would. The entire staff is extremely rude and not kid friendly whatsoever. Takes forever to get an appointment, then once you do the wait times are ridiculous. I also called to make a payment once and the hateful lady on the phone told me she would not accept my payment unless I set up a payment plan and come in and sign papers. (We only owed around $150, it wasn't like we owed some outrageous amount) I told her I was not interested in setting up a payment plan and would just like to make a payment to her over the phone. She still refused the payment, then the next week we got a letter in the mail saying we need to take our daughter to a different doctor and that they are sending us to collections for not attempting to pay our bill. My daughter never saw an actual doctor, just nurse practitioners who wouldn't even take the time to interact with her or us. Not a place I would recommend anyone take their children.

This places scheduleing department is so unnecessarily picky on how you can schedule children. Needed two children to be scheduled and ask for a late appointment at 2:30 for one child and the only other available was at 1:45 or 1:30 for the other and she said my other child couldn’t have those appointments because it wasn’t close enough to the 2:30. SO I can wait in the waiting area, whatever happened to options??

I can echo many of the sentiments that others have posted here. I called once to change an appointment and the woman on the phone was so incredibly rude and told me that perhaps I needed to call back when I could make up my mind, all because I was trying to decide/discuss which day and time worked best for me that they had available. They are also not too much friendlier at the front desk in person. If you get Dr. Storm she is amazing. She will always sit down and answer any questions or concerns you may have and we never feel rushed with her. Unfortunately the same can not be said for many of the other Dr.'s and NP's at the practice. The last NP we saw refused to provide us a referral to Children's for my daughter's 3rd ear infection in one month even when Children's specifically asked us to get one from them and when she told my wife that perhaps we need to put my daughter in a bubble if we don't want her to get sick was all I needed to decide that our relationship with PCN had run it's course. We will be using a different pediatric office in the future.

Friendly staff. Nice waiting area. Split into 2 sections of "sick" and "healthy". Fish tanks in both sections that the kids love to view. We love seeing Monica.

I have always had a wonderful experience with Pediatric Care North. I have been going there since I was a child and now my daughter is one of their patients. They have amazing lactation consultants who truly care about what they do. I have never had to wait very long for my appointment. They are very busy but that is because people are happy with their services!

Today I took my twins to see Dr. Beard for some simple infections inquiries. We waited for 25 minutes before being taken to the room. And from there we waited for another 30 minutes before the doctor showed up. At that time, I already dressed my twins up since they have been waiting for the doctor for 30 minutes nakedly. The twins got very fussy. We were at the door and the doctor showed up and told us we will STILL be charged if we leave. I understand that sometimes doctors can be busy. But why our appointment can be canceled for being late for 20-minute (I called on the way), but nobody even pay us any attention when we wait for the doctor for one hour??!! Is our time as precious as the doctor’s? Not to mention we are the customers who pay $300 for a total of 6-minute visit.

I met Dr. Beard almost 3 years ago when my oldest was born in the hospital and fell in love with her there. I had my most recent at a different hospital she didn't come to, but we will ONLY go to PCN. All of the DRs here are so wonderful! I love the fact that the staff takes the time to get to know you and your family. Yes, they run late, yes, they are busy, but it's because they take their time with each patient!! Lactation here is AMAZING!!!! I highly recommend this to everyone!
