Just trying to call and ask about acceptable insurance and the receptionist was rude when answering my questions then hung up on me. When I called back different lady answered the call. Told her how I was treated, she then acted annoyed and tried repeatedly to transfer me to an office manager instead of answering my insurance questions and setting up appointment.... Pretty bad when when you can't ask simple questions.. These ladies shouldn't be in this profession, impatient and RUDE

They have always gotten our child in same day without issue. Staff and doctors are always understanding and we never feel rushed while there. Our child loves going and I would recommend for any parent.
