I had a terrible first visit. Dr. Bell is a lair and I will never go back there. I hope to never see her again. Went went there to get our son looked at for the lack of appetite. And my son had a scar on his face from a burn that happened and she was very rude about it. Making it seem like we were abusing him and neglecting him. And sent us to stormont Vail in Topeka for an irregular heart beat. She didn't even consult with me or my fiance. She just did it. So if you care about your kids and don't want to get lied too, then don't do there.

My daughter got 3 different shots. Band-aids were put on the injection points after, all 3 band-aids were not covering the injection spot. My daughter bled through her pants. Will not be returning to this office.

Dr. Gallagher and the nursing staff are excellent. They understand pediatric patients, and how to interact with them. I always receive excellent care from him and his nurse. He communicates clearly, is patient, and cares about you and your child. The nurses I have encountered are, overall, excellent and great at handling vaccinating children. They are patient and kind. I had one bad experience with a nurse, but I have not seen that nurse since. The admin staff are usually friendly, but I have had at least one occasion when it felt like I was bothering them by checking in. On a separate occasion, for an acute issue, my child could not see Dr. Gallagher. I do not recall who it was that we saw, but I did not care for him nor did my child. He seemed disinterested and didn't understand why he had to write a note for daycare explaining that my child was no longer contagious after he said she was not contagious. Overall, if you are seeing Dr. Gallagher this is a great place and you are in good hands.

We love Dr. Klingler! She is very sweet and answers every question I have.

This clinic can’t do anything but regular checkups. Even that is a stretch. They failed to tell me that my 6mo didn’t get the flu shot amongst the others she received. Didn’t even tell us she should have it, because they didn’t have any. Appointments you feel rushed and that you’re wasting their time. It has also taken multiple days to try to get paperwork and a prescription because things have been messed up or not completed. The only plus side of them is that they have listened to a couple of my concerns and gave a needed referral.

Some of the doctors are really great, while others don't seem to know what they're talking about. They are usually running behind, and usually have to go back multiple times before they want to treat the issue.

The staff was very helpful both in person and via email. All of my children go to Dr. Dove and she was extremely caring and had a lot of patience during our visits.

We love this place and Dr Dove is great. The receptionists are a little slow and think very slowly. When we first started going there I called to ask what our doctor's name was, because I needed it for school forms etc and the supervising receptionist said: "Well you don't have any appointments so I can't see who your doctor is." I then said "well - can you maybe look it up in our registration or put someone on the phone who can tell me their name as I need it for the forms?" Then, like a robot she repeated what she said before. I got a little agitated and said - "so you are the doctor's office and you are telling me that you do not know my kids doctor's name? I find this hard to compute - how can I find this out then?" She then said I need to stop the "abuse" - I had not even raised my voice. She should have said "I am sorry I am not understanding why you need to know your doctor's name" - but even that is just - WEIRD! I mean everyone needs a name to add to the endless forms we fill out for the kids....I calmly explained for the third time that I needed the doctor's name for the forms for schools, and only then did she say "well you can choose one, you have seen two here. We don't have a way of designating one" Why she did not say that to start with is beyond me. It was disappointing that she could not understand why I was calling. Note I did not yell, and did not speak in a mean way, I spoke slowly and nicely - but if it is one thing that is sad these days is when receptionists, anyone in an organizational role does not think on their own, have empathy or speaks like a robot and repeats the same sentence over and over again. It's sad. It is also sad that one has to speak in a cutie cutie puppy voice, or else ;)

Finding a good pediatrician is hard. At least here. Terrible first impression. The office I went to, the nurse, and Dr. Dove were all fast paced. Just trying to get us in and out. Gave my son his vaccinations before I even signed the paper, and didn't even tell me what vaccines they gave him. I didn't even have a clue they already gave him the shots until I saw the bandaids on his thighs. Then didn't even tell me what to expect. Not even a pamphlet or paperwork to take home on it. I hadn't filled out half of the paperwork I needed by the time he was done. They asked if I had any concerns, and I told the doctor a few. All she said was, "Those are normal." Without actually telling me how it's normal. Dr. Dove then started asking, "Anything else?" After she'd answer a question, and start walking to the door inch by inch. Im trying to fill out the paperwork, clothe my child, and think of anymore questions before she literally opened the door. It was so rushed, and I felt like I was bothering her. It's her job. I shouldn't have been made to feel that way. It was a 10 minute vaccine/6month appointment, and as a new patient, I thought there would be more time with my son. And I should've been more educated by them on the vaccines that were given. His last pediatrician spent almost 45 minutes with us, for all concerns and seemed to actually care about my child. Here, it was about how many patients they can get in and out in one day.

Long story short- My last visit ended with rotate tylenol and motrin to keep down my childs 105 temp. The next day we're being booked into the hospital for double pneumonia. Three years ago I was told the same thing for 105 temp and we were in the ER at 2 am positive for influenza. They don't test. Just send you away wasting your time and money. . Yeah. They're nice. That doesn't save my child. I have several other experiences that were quite irritating, not life threatening. We will be going somewhere else.

Andrea Meyer

Don't waste your time. Do your research and find a doctor that cares about your child's medical concerns.

This location only takes children who are vaccinated SO IF MEDICALLY your child can not be vaccinated this location will NOT see your child. Parents with autoimmune children BEWARE this location will NOT SEE YOUR CHILD.

Dr. Serk keeps up with new medical research, and cares very much about her patients. I've heard great things about everyone that sees her; the nurses are friendly, and so are the receptionists.

Flint Hills Vet Hospital

Dr. Duff is a very caring and understanding doctor. My son has received great care here. I feel like he listens to my concerns and helps to relieve anxieties. He provides wonderful and educational handouts for what to expect at each visit, including what vaccines and developmental steps we can expect as our baby grows, along with safety information for new parents! I am very happy with the care my son has received here!

We love this place. My kids see Dr Bieberstein as their primary, and Dr. Meng as their back up Dr. Both are amazing doctors! I highly recommend both!

Jason Keshia

Dr meng is awesome. The staff is nice.

Craig Tolliver

I think that this place really sucks, when my son was first born we moved out of state and in the process we had an appointment that we did not cancel and for that reason we are being denied service, and I understand the importance of scheduling but that was 2yrs ago lesson learned,

I like nothing about it, except for convenience. It's your Walmart of children's doctors. Some, not all of the doctors are rude either to the parents or the children. I've switched doctors here several times, to try and find a fit. However after the way I was treated today by the female doctor there, I will never go back. She spoke to me in a snotty passive aggressive manner that wad uncalled for. I did not agree with something she said. I asked why she told me what she did, then simply said, "ok". I accepted her answer, although I did not agree. My daughter made an observational statement to me (about me), and I replied to her in a considerate and loving manner. The doctor at that point, felt it necessary to have a rebuttal to a conversation that did not involve her. We will not be returning to this office after this visit.

We have never had a negative experience here. We have seen multiple doctors at this office with our different visits. They are all great. Would highly recommend them.

Their front desk staff is not friendly, rarely smiles, always seems to be "bothered" that they have to help you. We have seen Duff, Klingler, and Serk. Our favorite was Serk, as she actually seemed to stop and listen to what you had to say and really cared. She also seemed very up to date on information. Klinger was very chipper and bubbly, but seemed to want to get in and out and on with her job while being very pleasant about it. I didn't feel she was really listening, though she was nice. We only saw Duff once, he was quiet and mild.

Dene Kaster

Shout out to Dr. Dove and Sierra for being awesome and trauma informed. We love Pediatric Associates.

We have nothing but praise for Dr. Klinger. She is great at the routine stuff, but is stellar when it comes to larger medial issues. She always has her finger on the pulse of the medical community and is quick to know when other pediatric specialists that our kids may need come to town. Sure sometimes their office is busy, but I can see why. I wouldn't take our kids anywhere else!

Artix Mobile

The people working in the office are clueless and not helpful at all but its the only pediatrician office in all of Manhattan so they know they can mess with you and you cant go anywhere else in. Very sad Manhattan. Very sad.

Steven Revis

Dr. Goerl.. unprofessional and petty. I would advise driving elsewhere for care of your child this place only cares about the money and the vaccines. No genuine care for your child, instead you’re met with harassing phone calls and emotionally immature pediatricians.

Jeremy VanMeter

Absolutely horrible !!! Dr. Klinger does not pay attention to her patients records. There is a huge lack or care and unfortunately my daughter had to suffer due to lack attention to detail. If you care about your child do yourself a favor and save yourself the headache, find a pediatrician that actually cares about your child!!!

Her name is Tah-Jay

I’ve never dealt with a office to where they say “Oh since you didn’t call in time, we have to wait on the doctor to give us an answer to set up another appointment” ARE YOU SERIOUS. Granted I knew I will be late due to unfortunate circumstances, but because I didn’t call in time. You telling me that your not taking my child period due to tardiness. The most petty thing I’ve ever heard in my life! If I could give NO stars. I would

Audrey Swartz

I have yet to actually met with a doctor but my attempts to get the paper work for a new patient, schedule an appointment, and get the form for medical records transfer were met with nothing but rudeness, refusal to give me the forms and general disrespect that i would question the woman who answers the phone.

Jennifer Haynes

I give this place a 4/5 purely for Dr. Meng. My older son had problems breathing and after reviewing treatment from Dr Meng (their usual doctor) he was in tip top shape within 24 hours. Fast-forward two days later and my younger son was having the same issue, now on a Saturday. He had to see Dr. Gallagher (the doc on call) who serve never seen before. Instead of using the same treatment as doctor Meng, we received a script for minimal care, but because all the symptoms weren't treated we were in the ER just hours later for the same treatment my older kid received in the office (easily done by Dr Gallagher). Wasted about 4 hours in the ER that was completely avoidable. I'll not be seeing Gallagher again.

Nothing but great things to say about Dr. Biberstein and his staff. Takes his time and is very personable.

*TERRIBLE PATIENT CARE* We transferred to Dr. Duff at the Pediatric Associates in March 2018 after our daughters 2nd open heart surgery. We didn’t get a chance to visit the place before choosing a pediatrician because of the medical emergency we had encountered but we heard great things about this place unfortunately THAT WAS NOT the experience we got! Our daughter was born with a rare genetic condition so it made me nervous finding a new doctor a week after her second surgery but we were assured by the staff and the dr himself that they would be able to meet our daughters needs. When we began seeing them in March 2018 our daughter had zero immunization not even the ones children usually get at birth because of her low birth rate. Together with the doctor we made a plan to catch our daughter up on her shots once she was medically cleared from her surgery. Dr. Duff was very nice the few minutes we got with him during our appointments. The way they do their schedules here it only allows for a very minimal visit with the doctor which is REALLY HARD when you have a child that has a heart disease and also sees 3 other specialists. The nurses we delt with were ALWAYS in a hurry. My daughter also was requested by her cardiologist to have her blood pressure taken once a week however they wouldn’t allow me to make a standing appointment each week here they instead suggested that I walk in during their slower officer hrs which isn’t very convenient when it was something that needed to be done each and every week. One day we had an appointment for 3pm so I showed up at 2:50 to check in and the front lady told me I missed our appointment it was at 2pm not 3 scolding me for missing it. I told her I had a voicemail from their office even confirming my appointment was at 3pm. She told me “it wasn’t that they didn’t trust” me but could I play them the voicemail. I was appalled honestly but I played the voicemail on speaker phone so everyone could hear it. In the end they had made a mistake however I had to then wait 20mins past 3 to be seen where our visit was once again rushed. The last encounter with their office was this morning when they called to asked if my SON had started seeing a different dr I said no mama my daughter hasn’t. I’m sorry but after being seen in your clinic multiple time it should be know that I have a daughter not a son. They also told me she hadn’t been seen for her 15 or 18 month check up and they were going to release us because we were in noncompliance with their immunization policy. They didn’t ask if we needed to be seen or if she was ok they basically called to tell me they weren’t going to be seeing her anymore AND told me I needed to tell her specialist to stop sending her medial info there. Long story short these people shouldn’t be “caring” for children period or maybe the doctors should see how their business is being ran!

Dr Haug and Dr Meng are very professional and care about our children and value our concern as parents. Dr. Haug is incredible with kids extremely gentle and seems to have years of experience. Dr Meng explains what he is doing with your child in detial which I love as a parent I like open line of communication so I am not left wondering. We saw another provider for the first year but she was a little too aggressive for my taste. I talked to her about some conistant health concerns with my children and she basically scolded me and tried to betlittle the health situation all because I didn't take my children into Pediatric Associates for their after hour care so their ear infections were not noted in her records she didn't believe they had as many ear infections as I was informing her of. Which as a parent going through a deployment alone really upset me. I think I would know how sick my children were since it was only I caring for them. I live 25 minutes away and sometimes these health situations occurred at 2 am I had no choice but to use the ER or an urgent care closer to my home. Overall friendly professional staff and receptionist.

I have used this facility for years, and until recently because we had a minor disagreement they dismissed my children as patients. Excuse me if I am a little upset and frustrated that I drive out of town for their services and 40 minutes after my appt (that I made 6 weeks in advance) and I had to reschedule because I need time to also drive back home to go to work. If you are more then 15 min late they make u reschedule and are rude. but if they are late.... they can treat you any way they please, dismiss you as a patient, and still charge you if they wish. In prior comments someone referred to this place as the walmart of healthcare, and they couldn't be more correct! I was dismissed because I apparently offended the doctor (that never seen me in the first place) and because I was talking across the lobby (which the receptionist first addressed me from across the lobby to also discuss the private issue at hand) I never once raised my voice, cussed, and think I was nothing but professional, which I can say they were not. Its nice that years of service apparently don't mean anything and I highly recommend you find a doctors office that will ACTUALLY TALK TO YOU and ACTUALLY CARE about the children and their needs. I was told that an office manager would call me on several occasions and never once did they call me, instead they just sent me a letter, and still didn't wanna discuss the incident like an adult. Good riddance!

We were asked to find another doctor. Each time we went in concerned with my son's painful grunting. We were told to wait it out and stuff more formula down him to mature. 'Our' doctor told us they were specialists with preemies. Like we had been referred to them. No, I found them & can find somone else. I began doing my own research. My findings in caring for my preemie was much better than I was told. Our doctor told us if we were unhappy we could find somewhere else to take him. She stood up for the facility more than helping the patient or their family, especially in understanding. Their overall organization is poor & communication nonexistent. The nurse gave us the basic ideas when a child is constipated which we told her we had already done. She had nothing else. No advice, suggestions, ideas for care or even let me talk to the dr. It was pretty much, awww that's too bad. When we told the dr about the constipation she kept on talking about that it should be like paste. Yes we get this, but it's not. I was called asking if I had switched to another provider. They said I hadn't been in for awhile. I said no its only been 2 weeks like I was told & we have an appt in 2 days. She looked back at the schedule and says of I guess you do. They had also called my mom (son's grandma) about our appointment coming up but that same day. Plus I had not signed a release saying anyone had a say wo me. But at our appts they only want to talk to me, the mother. We'll my mom does a lot w me being a single parent. I world ~50 hrs a week. Therefore, right now she knows more. But they were pretty much shutting her out. I had to look at her & give the go ahead for her to say something & be heard. We were told we could come in wo an appt if it was serious. When we did the receiptionist suggested my son's problem was chronic & they don't treat chronic problems. All we said was he's in pain whenever he goes to the bathroom. I guess it's chronic considering you do not go to the bathroom 1x/month. She acted put out to get us in. We asked if we should go to the ER. She said no we'll get you in; like it was a favor. I am not a complainer. I have a degree related to healthcare. I've never seem this treatment anywhere. I'm sure they are intelligent and 'their stuff ' but apparently if you're babies not born perfectly healthy; go find another place.
