My newborn twins were supposed to see Dr. Gramma but she was out of the office... Whatever no big deal. They saw Dr. Nichols instead. Okay. Cool. After 4 days of my son being constipated and hurting from it i call to set up an appointment to get him in and the front desk was very rude. I changed pediatricians immediately after that. Well during this process of changing offices i called pediatric associates to have my kids removed from the computer and the lady got rude with me and hung up.. She didnt take time to listen as to why i needed an appointment for my kid then ahe got rude with me. I'll never take my kids here again. That lady needs to be fired

The nurse practitioners and Dr Cooley and his personal nursing staff are absolutely wonderful and very knowledgeable. However when it comes to his receptionist's they are the rudest people I have ever had to deal with and it doesn't matter what time of day you call. They are always pretty rude. Even when you check in for an appointment sometimes they can be pretty short and snippy. I will never know why I just hope this improves.

Dr Pridget is a good caring doctor but their staff is rude and uncaring. The nursing staff is uninformed and do not know how to triage patients. I have practiced medicine for over a decade and was disappointed to see this level of unprofessionalism. My son had fevers and difficulty walking. After not getting better in the recommended time frame we returned to the office as instructed and we're refused to be seen. We took him back to the ER and were admitted on the spot. The staff needs to be educated on appropriate behavior and protocols for sick patients, because medicine is about knowing what to do with the truly sick patients and not getting scared and taking it out on the patient or their family.

Dr. Nichols was my physician as a child, so naturally, there is nobody else that I would trust with the care of my child! I absolutely love him, as well as his nurses.

What’s an appropriate amount of time for a follow up visit? I’m curious because my kid is healthy and we have been waiting an hour in this office for nothing and no one has said anything about how late they are or why we even need to be here.

Our son has been seeing Dr. Nelson due to the high reviews personal friends/family have given of her. And I completely second their great experiences with her, she is one of the best pediatricians I have ever been around. She loves kids, takes the time to explain things to the parents, and genuinely seems happy to be around her patients. However... her nursing staff is absolutely horrendous. My son has been sick for three weeks and not only have they been completely rude, unwelcoming, and condescending every single time I've called, they've literally refused to see him unless his symptoms worsen and they recommend we take him to the E.R. It got to a point that after two weeks of them doing this, I finally just took him to my own primary care physician, she did x-rays and lab culture on him, found out my 9 month old son (who they refused to take symptoms seriously for the last three weeks) has been battling bronchitis, and a respiratory virus infection. My PCP gave him some antibiotics, which immediately brought his fever and symptoms under control. I'm so angry at them I can't even see straight. I'm definitely moving pediatricians. I love Dr. Nelson, but not enough to endanger the life of my own son due to the incompetency of her front office/nursing staff. They absolutely disgust me with their treatment of me and my child.

We love Dr. Gramma and her nurses! They are so sweet, and patience with my children. They always answer my questions. Hands down they are the BEST!

My daughter has been seeing Dr. Crowe since she was born. She was born with a birth injury called Brachial Plexus/Erb's Palsy. Dr. Crowe has always been very pleasant and can get Malulani to relax.

My boys love Dr.Vansickle! He always has time for us he so friendly and great at calming my anxious child down. He seems to know us as soon as he sees us. I have to take my youngest in a lot for his asthma and Dr.Vansickle shows such concern always wants me to let him know how he's doing throughout the day. Definately recommend. Receptionists on the other hand aren't very pleasant. One of them act pretty stuck up like we're bothering her checking in. Please improve that and ya get 5 stars from me

Dr Pridgett is great but the billing and nursing staff is not...I received a statement 6 months after an appointment that should of been billed to insurance which was not. The nursing staff...my son had a physical appointment, got had an injury on his leg not hurting that could of waited for the physical but they made an appointment for anyway a couple weeks before, I asked them to combine the 2 appointments they said ok. So went in the dr checked his legs I asked about the rest of the physical and they said that's next week so great I get billed twice and had to take 2 days off. Why would I make 2 appointments a week apart? Lack of communication in the office!

Our daughter has been a patient here since birth. We are very happy with the friendly staff, MDs, and other medical practitioners who have seen her over the course of her life. They are knowledgeable, pleasant, and welcoming.

My kids have been with Dr Crow for 5 years. She is a Great Dr and one of her nurses Lori is the same. Staff is very pleasant all the way to the billing office. I will not go anywhere else.

Dr Nelson is a fantastic doctor. Willing to go out of her way to make sure her patients get what they need. She is thorough and listens to parent and child's needs.
