We see Dr Tara Grimaldi. She’s awesome, and is very knowledgeable. However the front office is consistanly rude, and has been the past 2 years we’ve been going there. They act like they’re so inconvenienced that they have to check you in or out. Have thought A TON about switching but we love Dr. Grimaldi too much. It’s a win-lose.

We LOVE Dr. Baker and we can’t say enough good about her. However, there are some serious office management issues. If you need something quickly, your best bet is to go the ER or to urgent care. The wait time is at least an hour long for an appointment. If you need a prescription called in, good luck! They must be understaffed and overbooked!

Could not ask for a better DR for my Children. We see Dr. Heather Baker. She is very sweet, takes her time to hear about your concerns and never makes you feel rushed. My kids just love her. My son to talk to her forever if we let him :) I would highly recommend see Dr.Baker for your little ones.

Dr Heather Baker is the absolute best. Both of my girls see her. She is patient, kind, very knowledgeable and quick to get things happening when concerns arose in my girls health. I trust her so much and consider her part of the family. I wouldn't take my girls anywhere else!

The entire Olathe Health system is ignorant when it comes to insurance and when a person can get a physical. Even when you have the insurance company on the phone telling them the rules they still tell you that you are wrong, makes you wonder what else thay are doing wrong in healthcare.

We currently see Dr. Foss and we love her! She is so caring and knowledgeable and very easy to talk to! We never feel rushed when asking her questions. However, the front desk staff and schedulers are very rude and act inconvenienced at every interaction we have had. All three-four of them never greet you with a smile, in fact when we walk in the door they all look down hoping you will choose a window other than theirs to check in at. We moved here over a year ago and every interaction has been the same. It’s unfortunate that this is how you are greeted at an office that has such incredible doctors. We have thought a lot about leaving but won’t because of how much we like Dr. Foss.
