I do like the doctors but the wait times are ridiculous. Not only do you have to wait a half hour in the wait room, but you have to wait just as long in the patient room. Just know that if you have a 9:30am appointment you are the 10th appointment for the day. So if they are behind from the start it could be a long wait. I am sure they are better ways to schedule.

Very, VERY disappointed with this OBGYN. I am pregnant with my first and because I went here in college, I thought I would continue with them. I have had such a sad experience with them ever since. From not explaining the process in the sonogram room before pushing PAINFULLY hard on me, to expressing my concerns and being brushed off like I am crazy, to not having my appointments in the books, to it being difficult to contact them and receive straightforward answers. It has been an uncomfortable and unorganized environment for me and I am disappointed to have to move doctors.

Incredibly poor experience. With my first pregnancy I was scheduled an appointment out 10 weeks, which I expected. I started to have left sided pain, the nurse called me back to tell me everything was normal and they did not want to see me (even after specifically asking if I COULD be having an ectopic pregnancy). I decided I was being crazy. Turns out I wasn’t. 4 days of enduring “normal” pain only to discover an ectopic pregnancy that completely destroyed one of my Fallopian tubes. I missed an entire week of work and then they couldn’t even accommodate for a 2 week follow up. So disappointed in the neglect and misinformation.

I looove this group of drs! I have had all 3 of my children here and now that Im expecting my 4th, there was no question to where I would go. Every experience has been wonderful. I will say with my first baby i scheduled all my appts with the same dr which they allowed me to do so I could form a relationship and feel comfortable come time to give birth. I now understand why they reccommend seeing all drs because you never know who will be on call the day you go into labor. Every dr that is in the office Ive seen multiple times and couldnt be more pleased with the care they give. I often have appts with the nurse practitioners as well and have had very good experiences. Anytime I have a medical question I have always heard back in a timely matter. When its time for baby to arrive hands down liberty is the best! Every nurse and dr has been amazing and I cant say thank you enough for giving me such amazing experiences at the most precious times in my life.

Waiting time has always been reasonable for a doctor's office. Majority of staff friendly and compassionate. Always have been professional. Went through 2 miscarriages and they did all they could. I've had a good experience so far with this pregnancy.

I had my first child there and they were not helpful at all I was in labor for 34 hours and stayed for 4 days and only had 2 nice nurses everyone else was very rude and didn't care about me or my child. Didn't even tell me anything I needed to know before leaving the hospital. Wouldn't recommend it at all.

I am so happy to have found Dr. Ohlhausen. My previous gyn went along with my request for bio identical HRT, but didn't think the body knows the difference between those and synthetic hormones. I like having a doctor who thinks the same way I do. He always patiently listens to my concerns and answers my questions. I usually only see him once a year, but the waiting room wait has never been more than 10 minutes. I highly recommend him to any woman who is contemplating HRT.

Everytime my wife and I go in for our pregnancy check ups and sonograms, we get a different doctor who knows nothing about us. The sonogram techs tell us we are further along than what we expected, then the doctors tell us no. Who do I believe or trust?? Everytime we are told that we should do another growth sonogram after another... Not to mention the doctors sound like sales people, pushing another sonogram, another test and another treatment...this is not like getting your oil changed and being told you may need some maintenance....this is us planning our lives. Tired of being treated like a cash cow for these doctors!!

I am currently a patient there. Hopefully not for long. I'm 15 weeks pregnant and have had nothing but negative experience so far. As said by many, you get passed around from dr. To nurse practitioner every time. They keep horrible records, so nobody knows your story from one time to the next. I received a phone call from a third party company today who asked why we terminated our treatment plan, one we never gave consent or even hinted we wanted to to proceed with... Hell, nobody even asked The question if we wanted this treatment! The other day, went to make an appt 1 week after being seen. I'm only available on certain days so it was going to have to be a couple days outside the 1 week margin. The appt lady told me that I had to go back and figure it out with a nurse because she wasn't making the appt due to my unavailability. I did read these reviews before proceeding with these people... Thought maybe, it was just a few people having a bad day? Uh, No! Should have heeded their advice...now I gotta figure out how to get my money back, since we paid for everything upfront....sigh..

Through many three vastly different pregnancies and deliveries and post natal care, I could do have had a better experience. I was comforted and cared for every step of the way. The nursing staff is above and beyond and Dr. Reardon could not have taken better care of me or my babies!

I’ve been seeing Dr. Kramer for many years. My teenage daughter also sees Dr. Kramer. She is very knowledgeable. I also like that she has a satellite office near Sam’s Club. I’d recommend them to any woman Seeking a good OB/GYN doctor.

It seems to me they are more concerned about parties than patients. Was supposed to have results back within 2 days. Now 3rd day mid day and they believed they should close down office at noon and not provide results on a Friday. This results in not getting correct medications until next week. It seems they believe that the office party takes precedence over a patients well being.

5 star doctors 1/2 star waiting experiences. Every time I go to the office for OB or GYN you will wait AT LEAST 45 minutes. It's absurd! Enough to consider switching doctors maybe eventually

I would eagerly give a higher review if it wasn't for Jennifer. I have spoke with her on the phone multiple times, and she is lacking in bedside manners. She acts like it is a big nuisance if i have any questions. But the dr.'s that I have seen there have all been wonderful.

I think some people get confused on having to see "too many doctors" & from the LIBERTY HOSPITAL BIRTHING CENTER. I was told when I made my very first appt. that I would first see a nurse practitioner & then I would see EVERY physician they have in their office. Different physicians are on call at the time you could deliver & that's why they like you to at least meet all of the physicians, which I personally loved. As far as the wait times I never tried to complain about waiting, there could be someone who the physician needed to spend a little extra time with, & if I needed extra time I know all of these physicians would've given that time to me. Not everyone in the office is there for pregnancy. Also, I know Northland OBGYN is their own private office even though they are located in the hospital. The billing for my hospital stay was separate from my actual office/prenatal care, which I was told at my first appt as well. So the negative reviews on the actual nursing & hospital staff when you deliver should be left on Liberty Hospitals website. I love the office & will always continue to go there!

Wonderful doctors, office is okay. Wait times are HORRIBLE. At least 45 minutes to get back in a room. Then another 45 minutes just to see a doctor for 5 minutes. Used them for my first pregnancy and am now on my second. Love the doctors, but the consistent lack of timeliness by the office and mediocre office itself has me looking at switching!

I have had all five of my children here. I love all the doctors! I've only had 1 rude nurse. I'm currently pregnant with my 6th and will for sure be using their office again.

I delivered my last 2 children with this group of doctors and see Dr. Kramer for my routine care. Dr. Billhartz delivered my 2nd child and Dr. Kramer delivered my 3rd child. The wait at times is long, but I know these doctors are busy....they all have their rounds and schedule for being on call, plus they have families too. I have yet to be to any doctor's office that runs on time all the time. With my pregnancies I did see almost every doctor. Most visits were routine and of no concern. If there was a concern it was addressed right away, including addition sonograms in office, referral to a specialist, or scheduled induction if needed. I was never talked into a c-section. My children all came before 40 weeks. My 3rd child had prolapsed cord and her arm was as well. The Dr. came in and did an emergency c-section right away. My daughter was delivered very quickly. With out the Dr's quick action, my child wouldn't be here. I had a great experience with every doctor. Seeing them the entire rotation helped build a connection. One time I had a question mentioned it in passing to the doctor, and the nurse called me with all the info and emailed me links to resources to help. A lot of these reviews are not for the doctors, but more directed at the actual hospital, the Liberty Birthing Center did a fantastic job taking care of me and my newborn, especially my 3rd's and even gave me a room across from the nursery. Their care and concern was above and beyond. I did have an issue with 1 nurse, but I addressed it right then and there.

Had both of my children here. Dr. Billharz did both c-sections. My first child's birth was an emergency and a rather traumatic experience, but I wouldn't trust anyone else. Professional staff, caring nurses, and wonderfully experienced doctors.

You get passed around to different doctors or the nurse practitioner, so they don't get to know you as a person and patient. The nurse practitioner I saw was very dismissive of my concerns about my last pregnancy which ended up being a life-threatening situation two days later. I had a very rare pregnancy complication that could have been detected by a simple blood test. My guess is that we all saw the same nurse practitioner based on the other comments. They are very lucky that both my son and I survived. Why go to a "specialist" at all if they miss the warning signs of a serious complication?
