A great experience today. They made me feel very comfortable during my skin check up. Great staff and environment! Joni and Christine were very professional and kind. The front desk offers excellent customer service as well. I highly recommend them.

Great service, but the wait is insane! I scheduled an appointment for 2:00, but didn’t see anyone until 3:00! The great service they provide does not make up for the wait. I waited well over an hour to get my monthly check up which takes 10 minutes max. ABSURD..

These people have no idea what they're doing. Each visit you're seen by a different person, who asks you questions that you'd think would be answered in your records from your previous visit but apparently aren't. I don't know how Dr. Moeller maintains his certification with the American Academy of Dermatologists as he apparently doesn't actually see anybody. Does he even still exist? It's basically an insurance payment farm where you see some random PA who slaps you with some textbook treatment after 5 mins and sends you out the door and tells you to come back in a month or 3. I went originally because they were close to where I lived and are in my insurance network, but I'm fed up and definitely going elsewhere. You probably should too.

It IS an insurance farm and they DO know exactly what they are doing. Never at any point during any of my visits did I feel like they were actually concerned for my health. 5 to 10 minute visits with textbook diagnosis, a wishy-washy approach to prescribing biologics, a pat on the back on the way out the door with Rx's and 3 month return appt. The only questions they asked me seemed to be over concerns of their liability only--never did anyone there take an interest in getting to the bottom of the issue/cause for my infirmity. Furthermore, I found myself in a position where I owed the doctor's office a few hundred dollars due to a lapse in insurance. After every assurance from Moeller, instead of adhering to the discussed course of payment, I was called 3 days prior to my scheduled appt (a 3-month wait) and was extorted for fear that I wouldn't be seen. However, the doctor's office knew full and well that I couldn't walk or lift my children. To meet their newfound terms, I at once raised and paid 90% of the balance and was still discharged after one visit. Here's the catch: I didn't know that I was discharged until after I called them due to my medically necessary medication not arriving in the mail. If you care about your healthcare, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. I have never felt so insulted. A. Friend

Very unprofessional staff. Long wait times. The women in the back office are extremely rude. I had a rash and the doctor prescribed a cream for it which made it about 10 times worse. Ended up going to a different doctors office that was able to diagnose me correctly and the rash was gone almost immediately. Don't waste your time here or risk your health at this office.

Moeller Dermatology is the epitome of professional, personalized care. Every visit I am greeted with a smile by every employee I encounter, and the doctor has shown genuine interest in my care plan. Not to mention that the procedures I have received were incredibly comfortable and explained to me with great detail. I would (and do!) recommend this business to anyone!

I was referred here by a friend and I was definitely pleased with my experience! I hadn't had a skin check in over 10 years and was a little nervous on a few spots. The staff was friendly and professional and helped me feel at ease. Karen did a thorough job and explained everything I had questions on to where I understood and didn't feel stupid asking. I called to inquire services for infants as my daughter had a really bad ezcema outbreak. The lady ended up asking for my address etc and advised of her open slots . I did tell her the time scheduled does not work for me but she advised that it’ll be fine and that I could cancel. I ended up calling to cancel which they acknowledged but I was just sent a $50 no show fee today. Tried to give them a call and was directed away.

Dr Moller is a wonderful doctor. My son had some skin issues and he was able to answer my questions. He is very attentive and personable. I would request specifically with him. After reading other reviews, we did just that and had a wonderful experience.

Customer service is a BIG thing for me and they are all excellent. Even when my appointments need to be rescheduled, they are very professional and understanding. Policies are clear and straightforward. I recommend Moeller Dermatology to my friends and family. Trust me, you will LOVE them!!

Had to wait for over an hour PAST my appointment time both times I have gone here. Staff was nice but does not make up for the excessive wait. PA spent about 5 minutes with me and gave me a cream that made my entire hand peel. Won’t be going back.

I had the new woman Mrs.Johnson. I had Jennifer before. Jennifer was amazing. Sarah was awful. I’ve been going here for six years and had seen Jennifer everytime. Within one visit with Sarah I never want to go back. Sarah was rude, talked over me, it was the most unprofessional experience I’ve ever had.

I really like the west location and its nice. Staff is friendly and caring. Reminded me of Dr. Crusher from Star Trek. Praying this heinous rash clears up. Well, bottom line, they nailed it. My rash cleared up and I am so grateful. Karen was the 3rd Dr. I have seen and she cured me right up. Five Stars. Thanks again!

They have literally changed my husband's life. He suffers from psoriasis that just kept getting worse. All over his arms, legs, and spread onto his nails, feet, everywhere. It was so painful for him. He made his first appointment with Karen Bohaty at Moeller and immediately felt like someone understood his pain and had a plan for helping. His skin is now clear, no plaque, no itching, no skin falling off all over the place (which was very embarrassing) and he can wear short sleeves again. Not only is the entire staff so pleasant and helpful at every appointment, the insurance and billing department worked with him to handle the Medicare billing, etc. They went above and beyond to make sure his treatments could continue and be covered.
