I saw Alecia Smith for Dermal Infusion and a chemical peel and she was outstanding! I felt super confident in her knowledge and she really honed in on what my skin needs and would react to the best! I highly recommend her and look forward to continuing my services with her!

I had a horrible experience. The doctor did not seem to have any care about my hearing loss. He asked me if I had any questions and when I had concerns he told me to refer to the wall chart they had posted about "how to help people with hearing loss." I am appalled with how the doctor treated me and I am absolutely disgusted with the way I was treated by the audiologist who did my hearing test. I was not offered a treatment plan after my testing. I will never be back and I will refer anyone who needs treatment for hearing loss or tinnitus elsewhere.

These people are crooks. Do not go there. I will never go back and recommend that you find someone else. All they care about is money. Went there instead of emergency will rethink that next time.

Looks like I should have read reviews prior to going. Common theme rude front staff lost them a patient but they seem so too busy to care anyways.

I have to say from beginning to end my experience with staff and Stacey Schultz have been great. I love her bedside manner. She knows her job and I felt totally comfortable during my procedure. Her attention to detail, expertise in her field and her fun personality definitely went a long way with me. I would recommend her to anyone and could guarantee the same fantastic care. In today's fast-paced and cranky world, I found this to be a very pleasant surprise, so thank you!!

Horrible nursing staff and my doctor, Lisa refuses to return phone calls. I was given medication that made my situation severely worse and was prescribed new medication over the phone to which the nurse couldn’t even explain what it was for. I had to call nearly 10 times begging to speak to my doctor and was told she doesn’t take patients phone calls. Worst experience of my life in regards to a medical visit. Would highly recommend going anywhere else!

I have had an excellent experience at Midwest Medical Specialists with Dr. Jill Spencer and the terrific Aesthetician Alecia Smith. Dr. Spencer has helped me tremendously - and she has such a great bedside manner. Very competent. I had a dermal infusion with the new aesthetician Alecia Smith - and I WILL be back. She did such a thorough job - so much more detailed then the previous aesthetician. I was very pleased. Highly recommend Alecia!

I really like the doctors Reisz and Schneider, but it seems EVERY TIME I call the main number to make an appointment they are having computer issues and the front office staff are dismissive. I will not be returning here.

I've seen Dr. Reisz and Dr. Kramer here, both are fabulous and worth five stars. The front office staff earns their one star for rude and unhelpful behavior. The one who usually checks people in is the one who is the WORST. The check out staff and nurses are nice enough. So, get beyond SpongeBob Snotty Pants and you'll be fine.

I had a 10:45 a.m. appointment at Midwest Medical Specialists. I had another medical appointment prior to that and due to unforeseen circumstances I was going to be a few minutes late to my 10:45 appointment. As a courtesy I call them stating I was in their neighborhood and would be a few minutes late. The reception said I would have to cancel my appointment and reschedule. I did not want to reschedule as I live one and a 1/2 hours away and had made appointments together so I can get them done in 1 trip. I continued to drive to my scheduled appointment and was there at 10:46 a.m. This time is documented by my sign in. I was told that my appointment was cancelled and I would have to reschedule. The receptionist then left to discuss with someone else, she came back and said they would see me but I would have to wait indefinitely until other scheduled appointments had been seen. Not knowing how long that would be I left. I seriously can't believe or understand this for being 1 minute late. I have used this medical group for several years. This office had apparently over booked to not accept me for being a minute late. Also I'm sure I would have the usual office wait in the waiting room and the private office. I will not be back or recommend this group to my friends, family or coworkers.

Nursing assistants were nice. Front office staff were a little rude and they over book ed the doctor. I was there almost two hours for a 5-10 minute visit. It was small and crowded. I will not go back there.

I had a 12:30 appointment with ENT specialist. When I got there receptionist told me that Dr Christian has a surgery and won't be able to see me and she offered to schedule another appointment with Dr George at 1pm instead. Waited for "Dr George till 1:30pm and he never showed up. Worst healthcare experience. Very disappointing
