Nurse Brittney and PA Crystal were amazing! They are so knowledgeable and explained everything perfectly to my 17 year old son. They took so much time answering our questions. I was hot in the exam room and they took the time to get me a fan. What else can you ask for?!? The lady that checked us out was very nice as well. We didn't have to wait long and when we called to make the appointment we got in the very next day. Amazing! The only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the receptionist/person that checked us in lost our paperwork but hey they are only human and that's going to happen sometimes.

Truly if there were more options to choose from like if Edward scissor hands had a practice we would obviously take our hard earned insurance money elsewhere. This will be my last visit and it’s surely going out with a draggggggggggg✖️

Very rude and disorganized. Inexperienced girl at front desk extremely unprofessional and just plain rude. They messed up my appointment time and proceeded to speak to me as if I was at fault. They need to get more professional employees or give them training. Not a place I would recommend to anyone and will be advising my doctor about further referring them to her patients in the future.

Moved here from another state and wanted to continue my child's treatment. Doctor was very condecending and didn't listen to my child nor me in our explanation of what we had already tried, etc. Was entirely unimpressed. Found another doctor In town.

We had a worst experience with this office ever. We came in around almost 4 and I think it’s avout time for them to go home or something they were so rushing us. They nurse was rude and Our appointment didn’t even last 15 mins . I tried to ask them questions but they were so rushing try to do the treatment for my mom as fast as they could. The Doctor came in for like 5 mins and didn’t even bother to see if I have any questions for him which I do have lots of questions. That was our first appointment and will be our last. We will never come back there again.

I'll just say the left a stitch in my lower back, luckily my wife has medical experience and was able to get it out. The incision took nearly 3 months to heal.

They are terrible at managing appointments. They give you one time on a card, confirm a different time later. Poor management and patient care.

One of my friends goes here for her ace treatment. Her face was really bad, but it's all clear now. She then recommended this place to me because I've been having acnes and scars for quite a while. I looked up this clinic, and this was kind of sketchy and I was hesitated. But then my face broke out so badly, I then called them to make an appointment. It took 2-3 weeks for me because they were all booked up at the time ( I called mid-Sepember and my appointment was yesterday October 1st). When I came in, everything was great. Everyone was nice, the wait was about 10-20 minutes which was a minus. The nurse and my dermatologist Shanna Suderman were awesome. They took time to listen to my problem, and actually recommend me what and how to treat my face. Overall, it was great.

After months of other doctors mis-diagnosing a problem, Dr. Passman figured it out in under 2 minutes and got me treatment. He definitely knows his stuff! I also love his attitude and his honesty but I could see how some people don’t. Wouldn’t take the negative reviews too seriously if you just want a great doctor, because that’s what he is.

They were good not excellent but not bad. The people were nice however, I had to make a follow up appointment because they had trouble with insurance so I was unable to be treated that day which was a bummer. That being said the follow up appointment was quick only 4 days later and the actual appointment only took 20 minutes.

I went in for my first visit because I had had a really bad allergic reaction to a moisturizer and my face was itchy/hurting and had acne-like bumps that I couldn't not get to go away. Crystal came in and didn't even ask me what was going on, but proceeded to tell me I had a bad case of acne and not to expect it to clear up in one month of using a prescribed medication. After this, I went straight to my family doctor (2 hours away) and she diagnosed me with staph infection that resulted from the allergic reaction that got so severe. I was put on steroids and antibiotics and within 2 weeks my face was cleared up. Gist of my story, I won't be going back because they couldn't take the time to listen and figure out the real problem. Waste of $20.
