My husband and I just had our first baby yesterday. Simply called to secure a pediatrician for our new baby, however, the attitude of the receptionist over the phone was a complete turnoff. The receptionist tone was cold and short. She left me with the feeling that I was inconveniencing her. Will not give these people a dime of my money or a minute more of my time. My only regret is not getting the ladies name so I can include it in this complaint.

I have been taking my children here since birth and have never had a problem. We have changed physicians a couple times, only because of retirement and physician changes but have always had a positive experience with this group. Our recent experience, however, exceeds my expectations by far. My husband and I were out of town and my daughter hurt her foot at ballet and needed to be seen. They were able to fit her in with Sandra, the NP, and the nurse that answered the phone and Sandra went above and beyond to take care of my daughter. She needed a follow up with an Orthopedic and Sandra made an appointment with a pediatric orthopedic clinic for us and called to give us the details of the appointment as well as the follow up appointment info. I really appreciate the knowledgeable staff that helped us.

This place is terrible. Twice in a row they've called to reschedule his appointment. The first time I happened to have the day off so it didn't matter what time the appointment was. The 2nd time they called to reschedule but then can't accommodate my time frame around my work schedule. Saying he can't be seen until his 18 mth time. I was already planning on taking my kids to a different Dr's office but now I am really done with this place. Faxed a request twice for shot records but claim they haven't received the requests even though I have the ok that it went through. This place has really gone down hill since it changed owners and Dr. Pittala retired. IF i COULD SUBMIT THIS AND GIVE 0 STARS I WOULD!

Dr Mayer is great with my kids, but trying to make an appointment is ridiculous. The receptionists are rude and the wait time for an appointment is 3 months out?! Even though we love our Doctor there, we will have to start looking for pediatric care elsewhere. The wait and front desk staff are not worth it.

To start off, I have three children who have all seen Dr. Baysa since birth. Dr. Baysa is AMAZING! The office staff on the other hand are absolutely nightmares to deal with. Tried to schedule a same day sick appointment for my 1 year old this morning. She got a mosquito bite under her eye causing her eye to almost swell completely shut. When I called at 9 am (when she woke up and we seen the swelling) I was told there was no availability for a dr today and “IF I CARED ABOUT MY CHILD I would have called at 7:45 when they started taking calls for the day.” I don’t know what area of horrible customer service you find your secretaries in but if they aren’t careful they are going to get this place sued. If google would let me give zero stars I would, this place is ridiculous!

Don't waste your time! Liars! If you want to meet the face of Meritas please talk to Alexis, can't miss her after standing there long enough for someone to acknowledge you! Hateful, rude and needless to say I'll never step foot back into that office! Refused service for taking our granddaughter to a scheduled appointment! Asked to show me in writing where the policy was posted and it couldn't be produced! Then she LIED to our daughter-in-law saying she offered to email a form to everybody and to get it notarized! As I walked out she then tried to be halfway cordial by offering to give me a form, at which time I told her to fax it to the parents! Bottom line, inform your patients of changed policies!!! It's obvious Dr. Patella is gone!!!
