This place is awesome on so many levels! For starters they got me in right away, next morning of calling. (So within hours of calling) I brought my two children who didn't act very well, but the staff were so understanding. It was a very stress free visit thanks to the awesome staff. Dr. Brown was a sweetheart and took care of everything I needed her to and more. The lady's at the front desk also took care of everything, I needed some info faxed and they took care of it right away. The office was very clean and calm. I couldn't of asked for a better team of ladies to assist me and my children. Was very pleased and glad to have picked this clinic. I would deff recommend if you are looking for a prompt professional relaxing visit. Everyone was so nice and inviting I loved it. Thanks ladies for a great visit.

I see Dr. Vaglio and she is awesome! Definitely makes sure you are comfortable before she begins any process. Her nurse is awesome too. Front desk staff is great too!

I went to Dr. Martin for my first appointment. I was told genetic testing most likely would not be covered and the cash price would be 300.00. I said that's fine I'll pay the cash price. So she said come back before a certain date and have it done. I went in to the office and told them I was there for the test and wanted to pay the cash price. I was told that the doctor wasn't in and they couldn't confirm that price. So I was like she lied to me and all the lady said was she isn't in. So I asked what is the price and she could not answer me. What kind of office is this that no one could tell me the cash price before I had the test done since I was lied to by the doctor on the price.

The medical billing lady Diana doesn’t know how to do her job. Every time you call and leave a message, she never returns your call. If you do get ahold of her and talk to her, she will give you a bunch of excuses on why she can’t figure out your account balance. She is unprofessional and incompetent.

We have left this office and switched to a different doctor because we moved to the Missouri side. We pre-paid for the birth/delivery (due date in May) and our last visit was in January. My husband and I have called 6 times already to let them know we no longer receive care there (medical records were already transferred out in February) and to request that they update all the billing and refund us the difference. It is now almost April and they still refuse to bill January's visit and issue any refund. They keep telling us to wait for a bill but a bill will not magically appear if they don’t submit the claim to insurance first! We have checked with our insurance multiple times and there are claims (for other places/medications) billed up through February but this office has yet to bill anything for this year. Absolutely ridiculous!

Dr. Brown and her nurse were fantastic. This was my first appointment with her (yearly checkup). She was open to all of my questions, extremely thorough in her explanations/recommendations, and very personable. Her nurse (I wish I remembered her name!) was also so friendly, comforting, and helpful. Check in and out were also great. Definitely recommend this practice!

I used to be a patient here as a teenager/young adult about five or so years ago. Since then I have moved out of state. I found out I was having my first baby and went to my first pre-natal appointment out here in Colorado with a new OB. I felt like the doctor didn’t answer all of my questions, the staff never pick up their phone to make the recommended follow up appt., and I left that appointment feeling so stressed out. I called yesterday about five minutes before Johnson County OBGYN closed and they were so kind. I explained that I had a few questions about my first trimester and that I was having a hard time getting into and finding a good doctor out here in Colorado. They transferred me to Cindy, one of the triage nurses, she was so kind... caring, compassionate, and took 30 minutes to talk through everything with me. I am beyond impressed with how professional and caring Johnson County OBGYN is. I hadn’t been there in over five years but I remembered how nice they were and I trusted them. I wish they were out here in Colorado, as I still have to find a new OBGYN for my pre-natal care. But at least for now, I’m at ease thanks to Cindy!

I normally see Dr. Proffer and truly love her and her assistant nurse. With prenatal care I have had to rotate physicians and none of them have disappointed. The front desk is always so warm and friendly and the check out gals are so accommodating. I am so happy with the care here it's phenomenal!

I would highly recommend them to any expecting mother. I plan to return to them for future pregnancies after having such a wonderful birth experience and prenatal care. Dr. Cooper was the OBGYN on duty when I was in labor. She had a great bedside manner and was very attentive. My baby was sunny side up (facing wrong direction) It could have resulted in a C-section, but I was able to have a successful vaginal birth because of her. I'm forever grateful for the care that I received during my son's birth. Dr. Lynch was the OBGYN who provided the majority of my prenatal care and he excellent as well.

I switched to this office from my other OB with my First son. Dr.Brown IS AMAZING!! I have to have a c section this time and am terrified but she took an hour with my today and did not rush me at all to make sure I felt comfortable. I will say I am NOT a fan of Dr. Lynch at all and refuse to see him and she knows that and prevents me from having to deal with him. I've had interactions with Dr.Cooper and Dr.Martin over the phone when I call in and they have been very helpful and nice and if needed I would be okay seeing them too. But I just am so thankful for Dr. Brown!!!!!
