Dr. Doan is the very best doctor I have ever had. She was there for all of my medical needs while pregnant with my daughter, and has also been there as a listening ear when a concern arose. She is the first doctor, that I know, that has shown so much compassion for what she does. Dr. Doan will forever be my go to doctor!

I love her. She's an odd bird (I mean that as a compliment), and I think many ppl take it as being abrupt or aloof. But I'm also not looking for a BFF--just a professional, friendly, knowledgeable, experienced doctor whom I trust, and I found that in Doan. I transferred to University Health right as it was in transition from being Associated WC... I'm glad I got Doan and stayed put. Yes, I had to wait awhile several times before she got to me, but the wait is worth it people. She wasn't condescending or rude. I never felt like she was pushing some kind of personal bias/agenda on me either. And I felt 100% confident in her knowledge and experience. My first delivery was horrible at Saint Luke's East so I was adamant about delivering at TMC the second time...so glad I switched bc it was amazing, as well. Dr. Doan and every one of the nurses at TMC were just so friendly, efficient and supportive.

Well, I just called the office trying to make an appointment and was asked to hold by the receptionist. After fifteen minutes I went ahead and hung up to call back. When I called back I got the default message for the office being closed. If it was that much of an issue, I would have been fine being told to 'call back another day' instead of being stuck on hold waiting for someone to pick up that was just eager to leave.

Went for my yearly visit a year ago. As i am in the exam room im discussing what has been going on. Before your appointment they have you do the urine pregnancy test. Doctor Daon did not check it before coming in for my exam, instead of walking out to ask the lab tech or who ever she screams out my exam room into the hall saying my full name asking if i was pregnant to the lab tech. Pretty sure thats a HIPPA violation. Then in a fallow up exam she goes "oops, I'm so sorry" but would never explain what the oops or sorry was about when i asked she got upset and initially just made a rude personal remark towards me. Also one of her nurses over steped their scope of practice telling me i should just have one of my organs removed because I did not need it and could live without it. I didnt need surgery or anything removed, its not a nurses place to make judgements like that. I dont know if its too many patients or if she is just at the point she needs to retire but Dr. Doan seemed like she was just not mentally all there and prone to forgetting or making mistakes.

so she act like she got problems and is very scary don't know what she talking bout i pray for her i don't know how she even got a degree or maybe she needs to retire because this job is not for her anymore she laughs at stuff out the blu she makes you feel very weird i mean real unconformable you would think she is involved with bad drugs or something she be off them perks, and molly i just fear for my grand babys life she acts like a which i am very scared for any other patients ......

was extremely rude and very non-caring at a time when I needed a female dr to express some sort of empathy or understanding. I was emotional because my mother had just passed away..she told me I had nothing to cry about & to stop

Originally saw Dr. Ingenue' F. Cobbinah at this practice and had high hopes due to her reviews. I was disappointed in that I felt rushed and she never helped me with info on new diagnosis and what to expect. I did some research and felt I had to find a different doc. So, I saw a NP here and was more satisfied than I was with Dr Cobbinah. Saw about 4 diff providers over time due to follow-ups and ended up with Dr Doan and was most impressed with her. She was so understanding and caring and explained things so I could understand and I felt reassured and she also told me it was important for regular check-ups (something the original doc never told me and it is of upmost importance with my condition). Also, Dr Doan gave me lots of samples. I definitely would see Dr Doan again and recommend her as what I believe to me highly skilled and very helpful. I can see how she may not seem extremely friendly at first but I think she will warm up to you if not the first visit.

I love her. She is a awesome Dr. She has the kwnolage and if you ask her a question she will try to solve your issue. The only bad part is very difficult to get an appointment with her because she is sooo busy, I never had a problem with her. I recommend to everybody the ask me who is my Dr.

Dr. Doan is a great doctor unfortunately she's working for scam artists. I'm waiting to receive insurance, called ahead to be sure how much out of pocket pay would be. I was told $75 dollars. Then they turn around and tell me that it'll actually cost over $1000 just to have blood work done. I showed up early for my appointment and they told me to go have lunch and pushed my appointment back two hours. As I was headed back for the appointment is when they called me and told me the cost change. I understand things come up but $75 and $1000 is a COMPLETELY different price. I scheduled this appointment 3 weeks ago and am very upset with the way they treated me. Health care is nothing but a f***king joke anymore.

Dr. Doan is the best doctor ever and responds very quickly if a patient needs anything. I am currently on my honeymoon and she called in my script within 5 minutes of letting her know I ran out. She is the best!

My wife and I made an appointment to see Dr. Doan at 1130. We showed up 30 minutes early did all the paper work and at 11:30 they told us that their computer system was down and they would not be able to see us, but to come back at 1 the same day. (But wait it gets better.) My wife just got off the phone with them, they told her Dr. Doan had an emergency and had to run to the hospital. But the nurse practitioner could see us OH and the $75 dollar visit would now be costing us OVER A THOUSAND DOLLARS. We called weeks earlier to set and verify the cost of the visit. DO NOT GO HERE!!!
