Have gotten nothing but top-notch care from Dr. White and the staff here for almost 10 years. We tried another pediatrician before landing here, and you could not drag us to another practice.

Everything is just awesome except for the ridiculous amount of waiting time . Will be very happy if the doctor sees the patient within 30 minutes after the precheck is done .

We've been going to this office for 3 years and couldn't be happier. Our primary doctor is Dr. Grossman who is wonderful. He's calm, thorough and extremely nice! We've seen a few of the other doctors for emergencies and really liked all of them. Our 3 children actually like going to the doctor. We've always had great care and quick responses to questions.

My son was the patient of Dr White in this care facility. She and her staff are the most ignorant people. They not only do not care about the children but also if something happens do not take responsibility of anything. I took my child to their clinic, Pediatrician care specialists; he had 102-103 F fever. My child has SVT, a heart problem and having high fever can be dangerous for him. Knowing this fact (and I mentioned as we entered the room) they kept us 45 minutes in the room after the nurse checked his temperature. They (Dr White and her nurse) did nothing for his fever and instead kept us in the room for 45 minutes. My son went through a Febrile Seizure in my arms because the temperature has gone too high for her, he turned blue and could not breath. it was really scary. When I told her you should have been faster taking care of him to avoid this situation she said that if you were concerned you could take him to ER!!! I would have taken him to ER if they had told us right in front before keeping us there for 45 minutes. They were really rude and ignorant. The next day she tells me febrile seizure can be very dangerous for your child having SVT and he should not have any of those! And she knew all this and yet acting so ignorantly the day before. I will never go back to her again :(.

The doctors at Pediatric Care Specialists have take care of my children for 15 years. I can always talk to a nurse, and they get my children in immediately for an appointment when it is necessary. The doctors are great listeners and truly care about the health and well-being of children.

I have been taking my son here since he was born almost 10 years ago. The walk in appointments from 8:30-9:30 am are great and they have always got us in and out quickly. Dr. Wichman is my son's primary pediatrician here, but we have seen several of the other doctors and they are all great!

We love Dr. Wichman and all the Nurse Practitioners we’ve seen for our 3 children. Front staff is great. Scheduling is easy. The walk-in sick hours every morning are so convenient.

If I can rate my phone call a zero I would ! VERY rude billing clerk ! She didn’t want to give me an appointment I guess because she probably thought I didn’t have money to pay my kids appointment or because I didn’t have any insurance ! I had to tell her several times I was aware of how much each of my kids appointment is going to cost i wouldn’t be calling and asking her to give me an appoinment if I can’t afford it ! I told her I was also aware that they didn’t take Medicaid . But she kept telling me they do not accept it , and to call back once Had the money in hand for the appointment. She also asked me what doctor I wanted my kids to be seen with and I wanted for one to go with dr white , and for the other to see dr grossman and told me I had to “stick to one doctor “ since I wanted to see what dr I liked better since I am new here in Kansas . I hope my kids Get treated right when it comes to there appointment ! if not I most definitely won’t be going back! I was exiticed to see an office in Overland Park with good rates for my kids but that phone call completely changed my perspective of them !

Dr. Janice Martin has been my Daughters Pediatrician since she was born. Since the 1st visit she never forgets anything about my Daughter in regards to things she loves or milestones, BUT also about me and fiancee. She is so smart, warm, caring, and passionate about her profession. I take to heart every word she or Nurse Robin says. They are an amazing duo that I am blesed to have in our lives The front desk staff isnt always consistently friendly over the phone, but face to face they are. Spoke with a woman from billing today and she too was a pleasure in explaining why I had a balance and how to avoid further fees. I can only suggest Dr.Martin, but all the other Mommy's seem happy when they walk in and out so give any Dr here a try! Also they have a sick side which is nice because all kids see are other kids vs germs. There are also open hours for sick appts in both AM and PM!

Dr, Anne Bray is the BEST! Wonderful Dr, amazing person, awesome bedside manner. My teenagers just LOVED her! So glad Dr. Debra Williams(Another amazing Dr. in Lee's Summit - Pediatric Associates) referred Dr. Anne Bray, my family is more than satisfied!
