I have 5 children and am in this office ALL the time. Dr. Glotzbach is my pediatrician but we have seen every physician and NP in the office and they are all wonderful and very knowledgeable. I recently brought my baby in for something and felt uneasy about the diagnosis and the NP brought in another physician for another opinion and it really put me at ease. I have breast fed and not breast fed, done some immunizations on time and some not. I feel like I have always been treated respectfully in regards to the choices I make for my children and never judged.

I love this practice. Dr. Glotzbach is the best! I have been bringing my boys here for 17 years and always get the best care and information. Very excited about the new nurse practitioner, Vincent to accommodate the boys.

I can not say enough about the exceptional care my daughter receives at this office! We have seen most of the doctors and the nurse practitioner at one time or another and they always calm my first time parent nerves and take the time to answer all of my questions. I will not take the most important person in my life anywhere else. Thank you Cradle Thru College!

Highly recommend Cradle thru College. We took our newborn baby here for a checkup and they were wonderful. We had had a stressful couple of days before going here and the doctor took all of our stress away.

I absolutely hate this place. This is where I was recommended to take my daughter after I had her so I had very high expectations but was let down. This place is very disorganized and the nurses act like they can't be bothered to help you. Their personal hygiene is not upheld to a professional standard. One visit I went to for her shots one of the nurses didn't know how to use the thermometer. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! She guesstimated her weight without an actual measurement. On the last visit that I just had there, they hadn't turned on the heat for the morning and it was snowing outside. Also, the same nurse from before gave her her shots and acted like this was her first time giving them. She was completely nervous and couldn't put the band-aids on correctly causing my daughter to bleed every where. She just took a kleenex and held it on my daughters leg until I finally asked her for a band-aid and that I would just do it myself. Additionally, I started breastfeeding but could not do it any longer and when I told my doctor that she basically shoved breastfeeding down my throat and made me seem like there was no other option. I would not recommend this doctor's office to ANYONE. Terrible customer service and when you call you can never speak to an actual person. God forbid it be important.

Been coming to this practice for 15 years - 3 kids. Dr Glotzbach, staff and nurses are all excellent and very caring. There sometimes is a wait but well worth it to see these doctors. They give a lot of attention to each patient and parent which can slow them down but so worth it in the end!

Absolutely LOVE this practice! As a first time Mom, I have come to seriously appreciate the promptness of the office and nursing staff when returning my calls. The care that I feel the doctors and nurse practitioner have for my family is so comforting and reassuring that we are getting the very best treatment for my daughter every single time we visit. I can see why it has been around for so long and why so many of my friends referred me here when I was pregnant.
