Dr. Sutcliffe, Dr. Lehr, and Dr. Johnson are just wonderful. They listen to you and treat you as if you're the only one in the whole world that matter. Their staff is always cheerful and very helpful. They even have a pot of coffee plus creamer and sugar waiting for you in the morning. As someone who is disabled and on a limited income it was important that my doctor be able to care and treat me just like anyone else. Both the doctor and their staff do this each time I see them. You couldn't ask for a better place to go if you medical need help. Their doors open at 7 AM - 5:30 PM Mon. - Fri.

If you're a patient with any kind of chronic pain, these quacks are to be avoided. No matter what kind of care you may require, even if it doesn't require opiates, they will be wholly unwilling to provide it. They will look upon you as simply a junkie looking for drugs. Dr. Lehr and Dr. Sutcliffe get a kick out of their patients suffering, and they make no secret of their hatred for the poor, as well.

My husband complained of back pain while riding our bikes. Called to see if clinic had any opening? Sure, how does 2 work for you? It’s 1:30 now, that would be great. We got here a little before 2. It’s NOW 4:08 and still no sign of him... ugg. What should of been in & out has turned into not only a very long wait for hubby & I but, also ALL the others that have come after him!

At the age of 75, I have been to a good many medical facilities including US Navy facilities. Iowa Clinic is head and shoulders above any I have seen. On Wednesday I saw theDoctor, Friday the ENT and Cardio vascular was done. I call that some kind of efficiency.

I lost Dr Sutcliff after he left Mercy, he was my Doctor for 10 yrs. I was unhappy with Mercy and fed up with the Doctors it was not the same without him,!!! Then I found Micheal Sutcliff at the Iowa clinic , I followed Dr Sutcliff here and never looked back ... Micheal Sutcliff is a "Great Doctor" also I have seen Dr Lehr and Dr Johnson they too are all very good Doctors and they listen to your needs.. AWSOME STAFF AND DOCTORS

Unfortunately my husband is going to this clinic. After today it won’t be much longer. 2pm appointment...it’s now 3pm and he hasn’t even seen his doctor. Absolutely rediculous for a simple medication refill.
