I wish I could give two different star reviews. Because Dr Beck is an amazing doctor along with his nurses. Been my kids' Doctor for 8 years. But the front office people are just impossible. They are so unorganized especially with scheduling and filing insurance, they give false information. And it's nearly impossible to get a return phone call. It's been two weeks now of trying to get medical records, to switch my children to another office. I'm switching doctor offices because of how this office is ran. Such a headache I DO NOT recommend this office.

Very pleased with this location and its staff. Front office ladies are pleasant, they are quick and efficient at getting us in and out in a timely manner and seem to make time to listen to our concerns regarding our little monkeys :) . Dr. Brenner has excellent bedside manor and our kids love her. Thank you and the office staff for all you do! Merry Christmas!!

Drs nurses great.... Amy not so much. Front desk is horrible rude and need an attitude check. I asked a question and then she took a deep breath like her doing her job was a issue. Sorry honey don't like your job find somewhere else. One day you will give an attitude to the wrong person !

I wish I could give this place 0 Stars. When it comes to billing and insurance, I've had to do their job for them. Absolutely ridiculous. Never going to bring my kids here and I'm never going to recommend this place to anyone.

Pierce street location - I waited in an exam room with my daughter for 40 minutes without being seen before we finally left. Not once did a member of their staff come into our room to apologize for the wait time or try and give an ETA on the doctor. I had this appointment scheduled, it was not a drop in. I expect a little wait time at a doctor's office, but not 40 minutes with no communication. Not only did they waste my time, more importantly my daughter did not receive the care she needed . I have taken my daughters several times to the location on Glenn and I've never had a problem there. I'm extremely disappointed in my experience with PPAC and will be looking elsewhere for care going forward.

We love our doctor- Dr. Beck & his nurses. However, the front desk staff and scheduling are horrible to work with. In addition, we have had to schedule sick visits and have spent over 1.5 hours waiting to be seen even though we had an appointment. As a result, we are looking into other clinics because having to deal with the rest of the staff is becoming such a hassle.
