Professional staff. I got 3 IPL treatments for rosacea here. It definitely helped reduce my flushing, probably by about 50% when it does happen. It also doesn't happen as easily now, which has been quite a relief. I will probably get more in the future, to keep my face in check. It does hurt, and there is downtime. My face swelled up more than it had after I had wisdom teeth taken out, and was irritated for a couple weeks after each one. So anyone getting IPL for rosacea with higher settings, just be aware that this could happen. They warned me about this though, so I knew what I was getting into. Don't be afraid to ask questions, they will answer all of them!

This is literally the best dermatology office I've visited––and I've been to a few over the years due to frequent relocation. I had previously seen a few derms to have a small bump on my nose checked out, and none of them had really taken the time to investigate or explain to me what it was until I saw Dr. Kimberly today. She immediately diagnosed it as a fibrous papule that could easily be shaven off. She reassured me that she's seen / done so many of these procedures before. I feel extremely confident that Infinity Skin Care cares about their patients!

I had been getting fillers and injections to my satisfaction in another state since 2009. After recently returning to Iowa I was reminded that Infinity is the place to go. Initially, I must admit, I was not satisfied with the look I left with. However, I chose to not panic. After letting another memember of the staff know my new look made me feel less confident, reluctantly, I returned. Although I expected to be responsible for whatever I asked to be changed, the practice took full responsibility for my warranted, but further demands. The revision and service exceeded my imagination! I see a lot of 5 star reviews for excellency, but this one extends to their professsionalism and dedication to customer satisfaction. Thank you for treating me with such kindness and respect.
