I was told to come in 10 minutes before my appointment at 9:15 am. I wasn't seen until 9:45 am. I was dissipointed about the wait but I told the nurse I had an appointment to get to and she make sure Gloria my physician knew this and she made sure I got seen immediately and was on my way out in time for my appointment. I appreciated their effort and this had a happy ending

Gloria is incredibly personable and mitigates what is an uncomfortable conversation for me. She also works to provide patients with a cost friendly regimen that doesn't break the bank, something that I've had an issue with from previous doctors. The first time I visited Gloria I had cystic acne. The regimen she provided me cleared my severe acne in two and a half months. The second time I visited her I had mild acne, much less severe than the previous visit. Once again the regimen she prescribed for me works like a charm. I've noticed an improvement in texture, less blemishes, and the fading of scars and spots. My results were aided by being diligent with the regimen she provides. Its a process that gets worse before it gets better, but the end result is worth it.

After noticing a very strange (to me) open sore on the back of my calf, I called early on Monday morning and was able to get an appointment early Tuesday morning to see Dr. Gloria. I was totally impressed and relieved by her concern, and professionalism! Even though the sore seemed unusual, Dr. Gloria put my mind at ease by explaining how to properly treat the wound.
