My experience over the past decade with this office has been horrendous. I have a problem with cystic acne. I understand the routine I need to go through, and do my best to keep up. I am not here for reminders to use the right face wash (Which they have samples of, convieniently). I am here to remove long-term cysts. I just keep getting the run around about removing some cysts. Finally, over the course of two years of ineffective "treatments" (anti-inflammatory injections), I was scheduled to finally remove some cysts. This is a simple procedure, but they recommend taking it easy, and maybe having someone drive you. I had this all set up ahead of time, but the Doctor decided they needed a four-day weekend over Memorial Day, and re-scheduled my appointment (the day before!). I came by myself anyways; thinking they would just give me some samples of face wash and re-scheudle another appointment, but they were actually ready for the procedure! My one chance in a decade for this appointment, and they screwed it up. I have lost my trust in this entire clinic. Dozens of appointments, over the course of a decade… just for facewash. Ridiculous

Dr. Ceilley, Bean and Wilson are excellent providers and their physician extenders are fantastic. They have great teams around them to help patients get what they need to feel better.

Disappointed that I could not get in with a horrible skin condition flare up for a few months because I am not a current client. My husband goes here ... that may have to change.

I will not return to this clinic to put another dime into the pocket of the owner Dr. Ceilley! My son would have been getting his head cut open in the same spot for the third time yesterday when we were at the clinic. He had some other things going on in the spot that were causing us great concern and he also has a big bald spot where they originally did the surgery and had told us there would not be a bald spot. Three times because of their screw up. Instead of talking with us about our concerns Dr. Ceilley chose to get mad because we were unsure of opening my son’s head up again. He was refused to see my son but took the time to come in the room and yell at us for what he called wasting HIS time. This was after the office had already rescheduled his appointment once because the doctor had something going on! As if that wasn’t an inconvenience for us! Dr. Ceilley was mean, rude, inconsiderate, and VERY unprofessional! My son and I were very shook up. I would never recommend this clinic or doctor!

I have been visiting this Dermatology P.C. location for almost a year. My appointments have consistently been scheduled in a very timely manner, both for exams and a surgery. I received considerate and thorough service from every staff member I have worked with - the front desk to doctor/surgeon. I highly recommend Dermatology P.C. - West Des Moines.
