Just had an appointment with Dr. Scott Kindle. I would highly recommend him. He asks questions and is very knowledgeable. Didn’t feel rushed. Overall good visit.

I had a very bad experience here. I was already on treatment for accutane and just needed a new dermatologist to continue the treatment. The dermatologist I had here was nice but incompetent resulting in a problem with the iPledge system (an online program required for accutane treatment) that made me have to pause my treatment for a full month, messing up my entire treatment plan. This, in and of itself, would have been an incredibly unprofessional mistake, but we've all made mistakes. What is more infuriating is that I had anticipated exactly this problem happening and had called the office to express this exact concern and was dismissed. Not listening to the concerns of patients is not really excusable. Moreover, I had to call the office several times to get anything done or to talk to anyone, and when I got a new dermatologist in my new location, there were several mistakes on the paperwork they faxed over. If you can go somewhere else, do.

I am in today just to see how my mole removal is healing and I’ve been waiting in the exam room for 40 minutes and counting. All they have to do is spend 15 seconds looking at it and send me on my way. If I leave I’ll still get charged. All other Apt’s I’ve been on time for and I’ve always waited this long. Just go to a different dermatologist. This is not accommodating even to moderately busy lives.
