I have been a patient of Dr Feldman for approximately 25 years and I trust her knowledge of skin conditions and treatment. The office is run very efficiently and professionaly with knowledgeable and friendly staff. My last visit was very brief and complete with all my questions answered in a timely manner. An appointment that was on time and I was done and on my way in a short amount of time. ( I despise having an appointment for a certain time and then having to sit and wait for long period of time before being seen. This is not the case at this office.)

I’ve had skin cancer multiple times over the years. Ava Feldman is not only thorough but she has a wonderful bed side manner. It’s scary when you have to get a chunk of skin removed. You’re worried about looking like a monster but Ava has the skill to insure you heal and look your best. She’s the best shot giver I’ve ever encountered. Try having shots in tender areas on your face - she has this way of giving you the novacane shot and getting a sample so seamlessly. It’s just amazing. It makes what could be a stressful visit no big deal. The staff at Heartland Dermatology are the best as well. Very nice!

I bought product that made my skin react, then was told I could exchange the product for a facial appointment. I then received a mediocre facial appointment and wasn't able to exchange the product or be refunded for the facial. Worst of all, I received awful customer service from Paul, the 'manager'. Highly discourage visiting this clinic.

Dr Feldman seems very capable. Getting scheduled to see her, however, is difficult. I was just told an appointment I made previously was unavailable, and the next available appointment isn't for eight months. That's not a workable situation when I've already waited several months, and historically I've had spots show up every few months. Availability may not be a problem if you're not in a hurry, but for me Heartland seems a poor choice. Hopefully I can find another capable physician with more time.
