I don’t say the word hate often, but I absolutely HATE THIS PLACE. The girls who work the front desk are SO RUDE and unprofessional it’s baffling. The docs assistant was even worst she kept rolling her eyes like my daughter and I were a big inconvenience. My sister had the same experience with them. I will NEVER COME BACK TO place nor will ever recommend them. For the brats working up front your patients are reason why y’all have jobs!!!!!

Today was my 1st appt with this office and it was not a very good exeperience. Appt was scheduled for 845am and we waited 50 mins and still had not been called bk to see the dentist. I asked how much longer wait would be and she came bk and said we were waiting on xray results. Now mind u we never had xrays taken . she was referring to another patient they were helping with my sons name. We just lft and cancelled the appt. I was hoping for a better experience....

This is a horrible dentist office. The Dr. Kelli is nice and understanding, but her staff is incompetent and aggressive. I called about tooth pain for my son, and Dr. Kelli responded quickly, but my son's pain did not persist so I didn't give him the perscribed antibiotic. The nurse yelled at me for not giving it to him, to the point I told her I was going to leave. I felt pressured into a spacer that they knew my son would not be able to keep in his mouth. Now, I'm getting an audacious bill because they are refusing to submit it to insurance. Do not take your kids here - I feel like they are more worried about what they can make money for than caring for my son.

I've been coming here since I moved back to Indy in 2012. Two of my kids have been here since they were babies. Staff has always been friendly. I love that they have cartoons everywhere for the kids. They even have dragons with teeth so the kids can brush their teeth. I like they have prizes for kids afterwards. They're great with kids. When my son had work done they comforted and reassured him the entire time. The only thing I'm not fond of is the long wait time to be seen. I always recommend this place.

Me and my wife went today for an 9:50 am reappointment. Dentist were nice but the front receptionist had nasty attitudes.

My daughter isn't good with needles because of past experiences. Well they told me in order to do work on her she has to be put under. I said no she's 17 suck it up. So they told me since I couldn't agree with their rules. Im gonna hv to find something else

Over the past 6 years they have gotten slower and slower. Mrs. Weddell is amazing. The staff are very short with you and rude. The security officer is nasty and rude. The apartments above the office now have the front row parking and you have to walk almost 1 mile to the office building now. After today, I will no longer be beginning my children to the dentist here unless they move locations and get nicer staff.

My husband and I are the temporary legal guardians to my Great Granddaughter, I had taken my grandchildren there for years, when I took my G Granddaughter there with notarized paperwork signed by my granddaughter they gave us all kind of problem acted like we were lying to them, even tho the mother(my granddaughter) went to the office to prove to them that we were the guardians, they cleaned her teeth, but when they had to fill 2 cavities, 2 weeks later, they refused saying we needed to prove again that we were the guardians, and the mother needed to come in again, I really don’t understand what the problem is, we did what they asked us to do, I would hate to think that they were discriminating, the time between the cleaning and the appointment to get the cavities filled was 2 weeks, nothing changed within that 2 week period.

terrible. Wild and unethical pediatricians, take my little girl to remove a separator in her tooth because she already had it incarnated, so in this place they removed it without anesthesia and without mercy leaving it bleeding and crying in pain. Please do not take your children to this place

I been taking my son for 15 years and had a great experience until this past month, there is a lot of new employees and they don't have the same customers services values. They were talking about the drama between employees while they were treating my son, I was in the waiting room and did know anything till my son told me when we got home

The absolute best pediatric dentist that any of our 4 kids have seen. We were referred by another dentist in the area and it was the best thing to happen to our son. Our 5 year old had complete meltdowns every time he has ever been to the dentist. Dr. Nicole not only kept him calm she was able to do extractions. Ive never been so impressed with any doctor or dentist with any of our kids. The entire staff were beyond helpful with insurance problems we had. From the receptionists to the office manager to dr.nicole and her helpers, you could not find a better staff. Once we get our insurance issue figured out we will continue to drive 3 hours to take our kid to see Dr.Nicole and her staff. This is a 100% legit review. We were in the office today 4-13-18. We have never been the type of people to review doctors online but after the caring service we received we could not keep our satisfaction to ourselves. Kudos to Dr.Nicole and staff!!!!!

My 6 year old had caught lice from school and i didn't know she had it. One of the nurses here seen a egg not bug in her hair and called my daughter gross. Of coarse I didn't know this happened until I was in my car bc she was to embarrassed to tell me in the office. They're very disrespectful and rude. Worst Dentist ever!!!

Dr.Lucia is very professional and keeps me in the loop about everything regarding my daughter. This place is a diamond in the rough! If they started seeing adults I would definitely be a patient here.

I was referred here from another dentist because they accept medicaid for my children. I do NOT recommend this place. I only have 2 stars because the woman dentist was great. She was able to fill my 3 year old's tooth successfully and her outlook on his treatment made so much more sense, and she explained what their terminology really meant, than the young man who I had a consultation with originally for my son. Upon caning this office for an appointment, I was not told I would only be there for a consult. I drove almost 30 minutes and WAITED over 30 minutes. I was 10 minutes early but 20 minutes is still too much to wait to find out that you're only being taken to a consult room to wait again and then hear a ridiculous plan for your 3 year old. The young man dentist was just not personable. He has a "salesman" like quality. I made ANOTHER appointment to return. When I came back I had the female dentist who was great. My son is very strong willed and things must be on his terms. Some of the assistants just didn't want to listen and made the situation more difficult. Parents know their children. I specifically asked for the same dentist and scheduled the next appointment with her on a day she was there. Somehow, this got screwed up by the front desk and we ended up with the young man again. He is probably much better with older kids, but telling my 3 year old he can have a toy (showing him the toy) and not giving him the toy because he became claustrophobic and wouldn't allow every piece of equipment in his mouth was heartbreaking for him. This man would not listen to me, did everything different than the woman, had zero patience for a toddler and physically showed it. My son was traumatized from this experience. I cried leaving this office. I don't cry. I did not and will NEVER go back there. IF YOU WANT A FANTASTIC DENTIST THAT WILL LISTEN AND WORK WITH A (NOW ) TRAUMATIZED CHILD GO SEE DR. JAY IN OAKLANDON/LAWRENCE. Dr. Jay is amazing. Sometimes assistants and dentists don't realize that too many people to help is an issue, trying to force a child with treats or toys doesn't work for every kid, and using tools scares them unless they can HOLD them and see how they work.

I took my daughter to get a cleaning done and I told the lady that I wanted to go back there with her. She ignored me and tried to tell me i wasn't allowed back there because of Hippa. She tried talking to me like I was a child and finally she took my daughter and me to a private room. I will never return back to this office. Everyone knows not to send your child back there alone anything can happen. If I could I wouldn't even give them a 1 star.

Dr.Nicole Weddell treats out kids are if they are her own, Her staff members dose the same. There the only dentist staff I will let work on my special needs child. There great with all children always friendly and very kind. I would recommend there office to anyone looking for a truly caring dentist office. Weddell Pediatric Dentistry is the best place in Indianapolis. A+++++ staff.

We are not patients of theirs. I was a patient of theirs growing up, but now they are sending me constant notifications about my daughter having scheduled appointments there and she's not their patient. We've never approved these appointments and they won't stop making appointments without our consent. Even after telling them not to. It's been 2 years now that this has been going on.

I have been the legal guardian of my grandchildren for 32 years and have been taking them to this dental office for 25 years. I've always given a copy of the legal documents to any professional office we went to. Weddell dentistry office was always so professional and very friendly and courteous staff but in the last year it has become and office of incompetent individuals. Took my grand children for their 6 month appointment on April 1, 2017 and thought I was having a April Fool joke played on us. These incompetent people put my grandkids in their rooms with the hygienist, then came to ask me after 25 years if I was their legal guardian and did I have any legal papers, I informed them and so do you. Needless to say they couldn't find them and told me I would have to bring a new set of papers before they could see them. They were devastated, she informed the hygienist to set them up and send them out then asked me if I wished to rescheduled. My reply not here and we will never come back because this office has become a dental warehouse full of incompetent workers.....don't use unless you wish to wait for hours everyone has the same appointment times...NOT THE SAME OFFICE SINCE JEANETTE LEFT
