If you are a black woman looking for anothet doctor stay away from Dr. Pai she is horrible and will not help you. I had complains of pain in my side and it ended up being a tumor I spoke with her 4 times about his before I went to a different doctor. When I got my physical she acted like I was disgusting And didn’t want to touch me or anything HORRIBLE and honestly I could have died if I kept going to her.

Dr. Pai is the worse doctor that I have ever had. I recently made an appointment with her for issues that I have been having. Her attitude is just as nasty as it has always been, and her main goal is to make as much money that she can and rush you out. Her personality is cold. I expressed to her each issue that I was having and she acted as if she could care less. I hate that I even went back. Do yourself a favor and find another doctor.

Dr pai alway is fallows thur if she doesn't know what's going on ahe stays quiet and send u to some who will know. She doesn't freak u out before hand like other dr., she always trys natural remedies before putting you on meds. Love that she for the people and not the feda

I called I explained that I was having a Emergency. They were real short with me. The could have at least said I hope u find somewhere. Instead they told me we cannot get you in until March or April . Then they hung on me intentionally. I hope the doctors that work there read how they treat there potentional cusstomers.

I am a disabled Retired Army Veteran living with Parkinson's and other crap. I was dropped by my previous Doctor, that no longer would honor the Military Insurance "Tricare" and Dr Pai took over my care and feel I am in better hands than before. Dr Pai has been my doctor for many years now. She has provided my family and I, with outstanding care. She has a straight forward common sense approach to medicine and provides direct honest input and feedback, which I really appreciate. She provides options when available for our care and is sensitive to the cost of prescriptions and treatments. I feel that I have never been sent for a test or procedure that wasn't needed. When needed, She has made time to see us even though her schedule was totally filled up. Her and her staff are courteous and respectful, when I call for an appointment or in their office. She is quick to respond to my questions or concerns via MyChart, the Community Online patient management system. I have recommended her to my family and friends. I feel very grateful to have Dr. Pai as my doctor.
