Dr. Elam is the best! After seeing two different dermatologist, I finally had a consult with Dr. Elam and she immediently knew what was going on with my skin. I had been battling cystic acne for a year. Dr. Elam diagnosed me with demodex rosacea. I was given the appropriate medicated face cream and now my skin hasn't been this clear since I was 14. She's a life saver!

I was seen only for 1 minute and they didn’t even look at my skin! Just assumed what I had by what I said. I went somewhere else to see a doctor instead of a physician assistant. I would not go there for any serious skin issues including rashes to skin cancer.

3 months ago (because I was told it works up to 2 months) I got the coolsculpting done on my arms. The lady said that my arms had the soft fat and will be great for this and I'll see results. I took pictures and measured before I got it done. And it's the same as it was before No difference. I don't recommend anyone going there to get the coolsculpting done. Such a waste of time and money! And I would have gone back to do it again if I saw at least an inch or some sort of difference but I havent. I'm really disappointed in this place.

Staff very gracious & polite. They of course loved Tater. The Dr. I saw was very polite & loves animals. So sorry I couldn't remember his name. Will recommend these nurses & Dr. to anyone who needs to see a dermatologist.

I was misdiagnosed. After hearing from this office that I had lichen sclorosus I went to my gynecologist who said it didn't look like that at all. She contacted University Derm for the biopsy report from the cleveland clinic which said I DO NOT have lichen sclerosis but that I have lichen planus. Apparently Univ Derm does not read their biopsy reports. When I went in for my followup apptmt today the doctor wouldn't even speak to me but kept using the assistant as a go between which further confused the situation. So if you want someone who will diagnose you without reading the biopsy reports or who would rather not discuss your condition with you then this is the place for you. And, you can have it..
