Dr Sass is beyond amazing! He takes every concern we have as his utmost priority and is so receptive to our questions and concerns. We had addressed a certain concern on two different occasions with the NP, and didn’t get a great response. When we got to see Dr Sass for that same thing, he has taken it head-on and is actively trying to get it resolved! We are so very happy with him and his obvious care for his patients! We recommend him to everyone, even though it’s more than an hour drive for us to see him, he is worth every minute of it! Thank you, Dr Sass!

THIS PLACE IS AN ABSOLUTE JOKE. MY WIFE IS A MELANOMA CANCER SURVIVOR. WE WENT TO THREE RIVERS FOR 2 YEARS. EVERY TIME WE NOTED A NEW SPOT, WE WOULD BRING IT UP TO THE DR. HE ALWAYS SAID JUST KEEP AN EYE ON IT. NEVER BIOPSIED ANYTHING. HIS EXAMS WERE USUALLY 2 MINUTES LONG, THE WHOLE APPOINTMENT MAYBE 5 MINUTES. NEVER LOOKED AT MY WIFES HEAD. THE SPOTS THAT WE WERE CONCERNED WITH CONTINUED TO GROW AND CHANGE. WE FINALLY DECIDED TO GO TO A DIFFERENT DR. IN THE PARKVIEW GROUP. THE FIRST APPOINT WE HAD, SHE BIOPSIED A SPOT ON HER BACK WE WERE WORRIED ABOUT, AND SENT US TO A EYE SPECIALIST FOR ONE ON HER EYE LID. THE ONE ON HERE BACK WAS PRECANCEROUS MELANOMA. THE ONE ON HER EYE WE HAVE TO GET BIOPSIED BY A SPECIALIST. THE DR. AT PARKVIEW ASKED IF WE HAVE HAD APPOINTMENTS WITH A M.D EYE DOCTOR,DENTIST OR OBGYN TO CHECK FOR MELANOMA. THE DR AT THREE RIVERS NEVER BROUGHT UP GOING TO A DENTIST, MD EYE DOCTOR OR OBGYN FOR FURTHER MELANOMA CHECKS. AFTER ALL THIS, THREE RIVERS HAS THE NERVE TO BILL ME FOR THE LAST APPOINTMENT. ITS ONLY $225, BUT I REFUSE TO PAY THIS BILL. HAD WE CONTINUED TO GO TO THREE RIVERS, THERE'S NO DOUBT IN MIND MY WIFE'S MELANOMA WOULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT IN LATE STAGES. WHEN YOU WALK INTO THIS PLACE , IT LOOKS MORE LIKE A SPA THAN A DRS OFFICE. ITS CLEAR THAT ALL THEY CARE ABOUT IS SELLING YOU PRODUCT, NOT YOUR HEALTH.

Avoid this place. Our family has been going here for a few years for minor dermatology related issues and skin cancer checks. Agree with prior review, the place is more like a spa where they push cosmetic related procedures not covered by insurance. The doctor is arrogant and brushes everything off. Skin check was literally 30 seconds then the NP or PA does everything else. You literally have to ask him to check your head too during this exam and he acts like you are putting him out. Dr. acts like he doesn't have time for you but he sure has time to bill your insurance for his 30 second exam SMH. Also had problems with getting them to prior auth medication had to call numerous times to get it accomplished. We won't be going back.

This was my first visit to Three Rivers and Dr Sass. My new wife has been a patient of his for a number of years and has been very pleased with the quality of service and treatment by Dr Sass and his team. My experience was equally pleasant. I was immediately greeted, on arrival, and was taken through the registration process quickly. I was then given a tour of the entire facility and after a short wait in their comfortable lounge taken back to a treatment room. When Dr Sass came in he greeted me warmly and did a short but thorough full body exam. I requested to have a small mole removed, that was in an area of my back that could cause irritation. Dr Sass and his staff took care of it immediately. The entire visit was completed within 50 minutes from when I entered, which I really appreciated. I will continue to use Three Rivers Dermatology for my skin care needs and would recommend them for their professionalism and patient time management.

Three Rivers Dermatology always goes above and beyond to make your experience there enjoyable! I have been going there for about 3 plus years (on and off) now for my acne! They are always so helpful and rarely do I ever have to try multiple creams or face washes when I go in! The first one they give me always works really well! I am currently on a medicine called Absorica and so I have an appointment monthly! I always get the privilege of seeing Bethany or Carson! Bethany is always so kind and helpful! She is typically the one who does my blood work! She always does an amazing job! Carson is usually the one who greets me, takes me to my room, and reviews my information for me! She is so kind and her bubbly personality just makes your day! From the time you walk into the door to the time you leave everyone there is kind and seems like they generally care! I enjoy how they make your visit so personable!
