Very efficient in method, but holy smokes not great bed side manner.

Was never informed ahead of time what was to take place on my first visit. Dr. Tamzin' bedside manner is cold and short...just HORRIFIC! She removed a raised flat round disk from my nose and while looking at my back (which I have A LOT of pain area/moles with), she asked (what type of insurance), I asked (what?), then Dr Tamzin asked (what.type.of.insurance.do.you.have?) and when I told her, she then said, (you can go), I asked,(is my back okay?), she replied (yes) I just found out last week that doctors ARE NOT suppose/allowed to ask that. Interesting. Another uncaring doctor. I would NEVER do that to people.

I am writing to recommend Dr. Tamzin Rosenwasser. I have known Dr. Rosenwasser for a number of years. She has helped me, my husband, my father and my mother in law. I first was referred to Dr. Rosenwasser by a friend for whom she had consulted and helped get treatment for skin cancer on the friend’s eylid and nose. The friend is forever grateful and continues to seek Dr. Rosenwasser’s advice. Dr Rosenwasser has been my husband and my physician for dermatology as well as internal medicine for a number of years (5-6?) We appreciate her ability to explain conditions and treatments in depth, and her knowledge of medical conditions. Therefore, we referred my mother-in law to her about a skin abnormality. Dr Rosenwasser consulted with our reluctant mother-in-law about what was thought to be a “spot” on her leg and turned out to be Melanoma. She was instrumental in getting my mother in law to “deal with it.” Dr. Rosenwasser was always there to help while my mother-in-law was in the hospital with complications for m the surgery, knowledgeable and supportive. Last year my father was in town for a few months. He had had some surgery to remove some basil cell carcinoma on his ear, but it wasn’t draining. Dr. Rosenwasser immediately saw him and took care of the problem. We will continue to appreciate Dr. Rosenwasser’s direct approach, truthfulness and knowledge of medicine. It is comforting to know you are speaking to a Dr. who is going to tell you everything you need to know.
