As far as the work goes it's excellent. As far as attention to detail goes it sucks. They moved their office from Suite 118 in the early 2016. The billing received in November and December 2016 gave us a payable address listing Suite 118. We got another billing in August 2017 still listing Suite 118. Our insurance carrier does not do much with this company. None of the checks that the insurance carrier has sent have been cashed and none have been returned. I can only think that they are sitting in the mailbox for Suite 118. I'm sure there other possible root causes to this situation. However you would think that a company that wants to be paid would give you the right address to pay it to essentially after a year and a half !

Dr. Swafford was very kind, greeted me when she entered the room and shook my hand, which most doctors do not do. She listened to me and didn't run me over or interrupt me. She tried to make sure she could offer me a treatment that I am not allergic to. (I have allergies to medications and food) I've had severe skin issues since Sept and was referred to her by my family doctor. (mainly to be referred to an allergy specialist) I no longer have the issues, just severe scaring. She wanted to put me on an antibiotic, but I no longer have the symptoms that I did, so I did not understand the point of an antibiotic since the issue is no longer present. I prefer natural and organic methods and treatments, and, just like every other doctor I've come across, she only wanted to put me on medications to "mask" the problem instead of getting to the root of the problem and curing it from its source. She also said that she could not refer me to an allergy specialist because she is a "specialist", which I did not understand at all. I had to go back to my family doctor and get the referral for the allergy specialist, which is what I tried to do in the first place. Sick and tired of getting the run around with doctors. She was very kind and friendly but I will never return to her office and will not be recomending her to anyone.
