She is involved in very unethical practice. I was left bleeding for 7hrs beacuse of her negligence. I ended up in ER for 2 days. I am also in the process of reporting her to the state. I do not recommend her at all.

They are so unorganized. Every time I have an appointment they ask me how many weeks I am??? Shouldn't you know that?! They never tell you the results from anything unless you ask. I would not recommend this doctor's office to anyone.

Dr. Jain is the most amazing Ob/Gyn. She has delivered 4 babies in our family from my daughter to 3 grandchildren (3 mothers total) She has a way of making delivery as easy as possible on a mother.

I'll try to make this short as I can, I had dr swati jain. In 2012, I do not like the way she handled any of it, I had problems towards the end when haf my daughter!! She does not listen!! She just wanted to push more meds unnecessary meds!! She kept telling me I was getting antsy!! I kept telling her something was not right !! I was due in Sept I had preclaimpia, I found out in July.. I told her I don't think I'm going to go all the way to Sept. She got mad at me !! For saying that then come August 15 I went in to see her my blood pressure was sky high!! Then did an emergency c section !! Had a healthy baby girl !! Then went home 1week later I was hemorrhaging!! Went to the hospital they made me go upstairs to labor and delivery and put me on Pitocin to see if it wld help with the hemorrhage, went home 2 weeks later hemorrhaging again !!! Then back to the hospital again !! This time she performed DNC. Said everything is fine go home !! I came home for an hour !!! Started hemorrhaging again !! I went back to the hospital had to have a hysterectomy!! And this whole time she was not listening to me !! Shr just kept shoving me off!! And I have talked to family members and friends they all felt like and I did too that she was gonna kill me!! All because she did not do her job !! Terrible doctor!!

I have been going to Dr Swati Jain for over 6 years . Dr. Jain has always impressed me with her extensive knowledge and always takes the time to talk with me so I never feel rushed. Dr Jain is compassionate and very considerate of my feelings . She always asks me if I have completed other yearly exams like mammograms, colonoscopy, bone scan etc. Dr. Jain is very aware of my health history & is sure to follow up to be sure I am taking proper care of myself. Dr. Jain is a wonderful Dr. and I strongly recommend her.

I wish i could give 0 starts. Absolutely HORRIBLE! There are maybe three people in the entire office that aren't completely rude. That would be one front desk girl, a blonde girl with braces, the lab girl was very nice, and the dr. nurse is nice, but she is very uneducated and doesn't understand English very well. My first appointment they did a preg. blood test, a pap, and an ultra sound. Her nurse i seen prior to her was nice but I had to speak slowly or she would jumble up and not even write what I said or even close. Then during the visit in the patient room she determined I was ten weeks based of my last period to which I told her I didn't really know because I don't keep track of that date. She also did a pap and she had a diff girl in there with her for that. She was a dark hair girl, she was white but very very tan and both times ive seen her she looks as if she just rolled out of bed. She has a rude look on her face at all times. Which isnt just the way she looks when she speaks shes rude as well as her facial expressions. We then go to do an ultra sound. She wasn't able to see the baby so she had to do an internal, at which she determined I was only about 5 weeks. They then told me at my next appointment when I was 9 weeks I could get the gender blood test as well as the one that tests for down syndrome and a few other things.I went back yesterday (8/26/15). The rude tan girl was the one who checked me in. Again looked unprofessional, rude looks, bad attitude. I am taken back by the Drs foreign nurse (the one who is nice but not good with English) and she said so your 14 weeks. I say no that was wrong she did an ultra sound last time and determined I was only 5. Then she tells me I have to have blood work, that i've already had done... they insisted i never had any blood work done... funny because i walked out of there with a band aid and a bruise from the needle! So i proceed to tell her of my nausea issues. I told her i have extreme nausea. Its random times of times of the day and gets really really bad, im not vomiting its just the awful nausea and my stomach gets all jittery.... So she proceeds to write, and say out loud as shes writing... Extreme morning sickness with extreme vomiting. REALLY you listened to nothing I just said. I repeated myself about four times before she got it right. At this point ive already decided im fed up with this place and im switching Drs so i just wanted to get my gender test done and leave. So then i have to still see the dr. She says she hears im so very worried about how far i am. I explain to her that they have it written wrong because when i had the ultra sound she determined i was only five weeks. I also told her i know my conceive date and did and online due date thing that said i was about 11 weeks currently and estimated due date March 14. I told her i knew sometimes online was a little off but that it may be a little more accurate since i was for sure of the conceive date. So she says i dont want you so worried about this i want to do an ultra sound. Types somethings and says oh no i forgot its down right now they are updating the software..and starts asking me why im so worried about how far i am..whats the problem? Are you having multiple partners? --yes worded like that, her English is ok just doesnt make sense all the time. I said NO are you serious. I flat out told her you guys do not listen what so ever... all i did was tell you i was not 14 weeks as you have charted and that i knew the conceive date, you seem to be the most worried. I told her i would like to know how far i was but that she was the one making a huge deal. And she says no honey you aren't listening to me .... you can talk to me.!!??? I had more to my story but this review said ive exceeded my limit! Therefore ill just end it here with TERRIBLE PRACTICE! Unless you can deal with rudeness and incompetence pick a different doctor!!! Im calling the state on her today!!

Doctor Jain has delivered four of my babies and is now going to do my fifth. She is the most caring doctor I have ever met. She does not rush her patients, she will sit with you as long as you need her to and she will always give you her shoulder to cry on if needed.

I have gone back and forth with this for a few days, but if posting a bad review saves someone from my experience, it’s what I’m going to do. I will start off by saying that Dr. Jain seems like a kind woman. But putting her personality aside, I don’t think that she should be in prenatal medicine. I am in my 18th week of pregnancy, and have just had to find a new OB because of the issues I have had. My husband and I found out we were pregnant in December, and visited her office. We have had multiple issues with the front office staff, who are Unknowledgeable and unprofessional at best. Every time we have gone into the office, we have had to wait for an hour-minimum-to see Dr. Jain. We scheduled the VERY FIRST appointment every time. They have billed our insurance incorrectly every time, resulting in issues that my husband and I have to resolve by going to their office and having them resubmit. We’ve had to talk to their phlebotomist in regards to this issue, who is the only one who understands English-por cares enough- enough to assist. We have had to call on every single test run for results, way after they should have been in. They have reached out to us for nothing, except to call 3 times in 1 day -panicking- to have me take Vitamin D. They didn’t run our genetic testing correctly, not requesting gender at all. We never received a safe medicines list, safe foods list, or ANY information about what to expect during our FIRST PREGNANCY. I JUST found out at 18 weeks-with a new doctor- that I’ve been using a skin cream (retinol) that could potentially harm my baby. Upon requesting transfer of medical records, this office refused to send them for 16 days, resulting in more stress and heartache. They never kept record of any ultrasound, so my new doctor can not give us an accurate due date from first scan. Dr. Jain did not take time to give us ANY information or answer ANY questions, rushing in and out of the room in a span of minutes. We feel like we were processed for payment and that is it. The worst part is finally going to a new doctor and breaking down in tears over receiving a Welcome Packet with information on what to do and not do when pregnant. Because this is something that should be given to you without saying from the medical provider you are PAYING to see. Please avoid this office and save yourself some stress.

Dr. Jain is the most thorough Dr. I've ever been blessed with. She is compassionate and really listens to get patient's. I was given a gift when she was placed in my life. I've never had a Dr. That cares about me and my health. I'm very lucky to have her as a Dr. I thank god for her. And any patient would be lucky to have her treating them. She is a godsend. God bless you Dr. Jain.

My experience was so bad with Dr. Jain that it has taken me three years to be ready to talk about it here. I will go straight to the main points that made my visit traumatic: I did not mind being asked to have a medical student perform my exam, but Dr. Jain sat in the corner at the opposite end of the room and didn't supervise at all. She *did* bark a couple orders to the student, which made the poor girl more nervous. While the student was nice, she was clearly anxious and brand new at this job. She put on the gloves and --of course I couldn't tell until it was too late-- she didn't use lubricant! Her exam was rough and incompetent, painful, and took longer than it should have, but if she'd had proper supervision, I can only assume it would have gone better. When she said she'd finished, Dr Jain came over, and without asking or warning, started shoving her hands inside me, telling the student "you do this, then you do this, then you check this". I was getting a second exam with no warning or permission. In thirty years of going to obgyns, in the past I've always had a doctor who eased me into everything, who told me what she was about to do next, who used lubricant and heated instruments, and who had a good bedside manner. But Dr. Jain didn't talk to me, didn't ask questions, didn't prep me for what was to come next. And THEN she did something that has NEVER EVER even been mentioned in any of my thirty years of exams, let alone performed--she shoved her fingers in my anus, and said "anus feels normal". The experience up till then made me just want to cry and hide, but at this point, frankly I felt raped. I couldn't talk about it. Who could I tell? Who could I report it to? And now it's three years later; I had to look her up in order to have my records faxed to a new doctor since I am due for another exam. I saw this option to write a review and thought "I need to do this, I'm ready". I see others have had terrible experiences. I can't imagine that the positive reviews came from anyone besides her 'cronies'. I noticed she even reviewed herself. My other theory is that she behaves as an angel toward patients of her own middle eastern nationality, or with premium insurance. I am white with medicaid, and I wonder if she might be racist or hateful to people with a lesser insurance coverage. In the end, it doesn't matter why she treats patients unprofessionally or inhumanely. I honestly can't believe that she is still practicing medicine; even if only one tenth of people reported her unethical practices, I would think that she would have been stripped of her medical license. So my recommendation is to avoid this doctor. There is somebody better for you no matter what insurance you have or what ethnicity you are.

In waiting room one hour for my first appointment while religious sermon roared waiting room on TV. I finally gave up and left after informing the receptionist. Complete waste of a morning.

For routine appointments, birth control, and the first part of my pregnancy I went to Asdells office through Community Health Network. I was 18 when I got pregnant in 2013. Everyone there was very rude and judgemental. I never had the same doctor each visit either. I finally had enough with them and switched to Dr. Jains office. At the time, I couldn't have been happier with the switch. She and her staff were all very nice. Sometimes it would take over an hour for her to see you, but I understood since she was the only doctor there and had emergencies to tend to. She ended up inducing me on my due date, not because of complications or health concerns, but because she was going on vacation. After she delivered my son, I went to my 1 month follow up. I wanted to get back on birth control. She recommended the Mirena IUD, but I declined. I told her I did plenty of research on the side effects and I knew a ton of people personally who had nothing but issues with it. I said I just wanted the pill and she told me that was stupid. She said I would be back in there in less than a year pregnant again. I didn't get any BC that day. I went back over a year later (still not pregnant) to try again. Her staff was completely different and all foreign this time. I could not understand a single thing the receptionist was trying to tell me. They took me back and when I got on the table, I noticed a dead roach on the ground next to the table. I wanted to do Nexaplanon this time and she said they would have to order it and they would call me once it came in to have it put in. I waited a few weeks without a call and decided to give them a call. The foreign receptionist answered again and I tried to explain the situation. She didn't understand me and I didn't understand her. Very unprofessional. Once I got it through to her why I was calling, she told me it was my job to call my insurace company and order it. No one told me that. I work at a doctor's office myself and we have two Hispanic front desk assistants. They have a thick accent, but it's still very easy to understand them and they understand you. There is no reason to have someone answering your phones and checking in patients that has no clue what's going on. Needless to say, I still did not get my birth control and I will not be going back.

Dr. Jain is very helpful. She takes care of her patients personally. She goes above and beyond to help. I am very thankful that my wife was in right hands. She helped her and was available all times. Easy appointments and special consideration as and when needed.

Dr. Jain is a very sweet and caring person, however as a doctor she is not very knowledgeable. Her staff changes a lot and they have been unprofessional many times. They discuss what's going on between staff members and aren't empathetic to your needs or concerns. At the time of my first pregnancy there was one staff member who I really liked and I was so sad to find out she was no longer there. During that pregnancy I experienced so much pain and discomfort that I called multiple times a week and I was just told that it was growing pains, Dr. Jain even suggested that my symptoms were psychosomatic! I'm educated in a psychological profession so I knew what she was implying and quickly assured her that my symptoms were not made up. Not long after I miscarried. I had to have a D&C and I do remember Dr. Jain holding my hand until I fell asleep; she had tears in her eyes. Like I said as a person she is genuine and caring. I quickly got pregnant again and started having similar pain and again she assured me everything was fine. On one visit she made the statement that we missed the date to check for Down syndrome; we told her that she never told us when that needed to be done and basically said that we should've kept track by knowing how many weeks I was. After that I began to breakout from my hips up to my chest, it was horrible! She said it was not a big deal. I eventually went to my primary care doctor and he was concerned and gave me some type of shot immediately. I had an appointment with Dr. Jain a week later and while she was checking me out she noticed the rash and asked why I never called to let her know. I reminded her that I had actually seen her and she said it was nothing to be concerned about. I found out the rash I had was linked to premature labor and possibly miscarriage. I was soon put on bedrest due to all the pain I was suffering from and Dr. Jain started to give me shots to help stop any early labor. My water broke when I was 34 weeks. When it was time for me to push the nurses were very upset that Dr. Jain was taking too long to get there; I could tell they were worried she would not make it. I got the impression that she does this a lot. When she finally did show up it was just in time. As far as the delivery goes she did great. Dr. Jain did everything she was supposed to do and safely delivered our baby girl. I thought about switching doctors many times but due to the mess with my insurance and knowing that Dr. Jain was such a sweet person I decided not to. Although in the end everything went well I do wish I would have. I feel like another doctor would have taken my concerns more seriously and I might not have had a miscarriage and my little one might have carried closer to full term.
