I was told it would be a free consult. Was referred and made the appointment the week they were free, but they couldn’t get me in. When I went in I wanted information and was charged because I wasn’t ready quite yet to do the procedure...had I done it they would have waived the fee. Not happy!

Absolutely outstanding experience. I recently went to another dermatology center in town and I was unimpressed to say the least. Dr. Swan was fantastic and took the time to really explain to me my problem. At the end of the appointment, the tech girl throughly explained my medication to me. She warned me the Medication may be expensive and if it seemed high I should call her and she cold help me find the medication at a lower cost through her connections. I was very grateful and very impressed with the entire operation. If you feel like you need to see a dermatologist you owe it to yourself to try Dr. Swan's office first.

I have had nothing but a first class experience with the whole office staff!!! The very moment you open the door at Swan Dermatology the Service is exceptional!!! All of the women there are very knowledgeable about the products they have on hand. Dr.Swan, Mrs. Sheets(PA) and Mrs.Victoria(NP)( only seen a couple times she is still training) have the highest standard for patient care, and really have made me feel comfortable in my own skin with many different treatments paths. They have been very thorough with me as a patient in all aspects of my treatment plan and also give me options to pick from. They also take their time to listen to me and make sure that all of my questions and concerns have been addressed with no open ends left. They also follow up in a very timely manner. I would also be remiss if I did not mention there cosmetic staff (specialists ). Mrs. Nikki (Head Cometic Specialists), Mrs. Amanda(Cometic specialist), Mrs.Gabby(Cometic specialist-still training ) I have seen them for microneedling and hydrafacial they are very knowledgeable on these treatments (and many others Cometic treatments) and the results prove it. They have also help me build a reliable skincare regimen for morning and night, we found out what works and what doesn’t very thankful for all of Swan Dermatology. They are all very educated on a wide variety of Cometic procedures, so I am sure Gabby is in good hands, Nikki and Amanda have been doing Cometic for a very long time. Very happy with my investment into my skin health @ SD! If you want the glo, you need to make an appointment at Swan Dermatology Now!!! They also have flexible schedule that seems to fit my busy schedule.

We liked Dr. Swan, but the billing was a nightmare! They didn't bill our insurance the full amount (of a pre approved procedure), and therefore we did not meet our deductible like we should have. Trying to get it fixed has been a chore (4 months later, I'm still leaving unreturned voicemails!)
