REVIEWS OF Suburban Dermatology IN Indiana

Terrible service. When you call you can never speak to a real person, you are forced to leave a message and they never call you back. I felt like they rushed me through my appointment and did not take the time to explain much of anything. My prescriptions were so expensive that I ended up not even picking them up. I am still waiting on them to call me back regarding OTC products. Highly disappointed with my experience.

I have had several problems that Dr. O has worked on and she is a wonderful, kind and caring doctor. And yes she took care of my problems for me.

Horribly rude, unprofessional. Lost a lot of business through me, my family, co-workers etc. I also see that they have scammed others into paying this "no call no show fee" I called and cancelled months ago and had phone records to prove that, and they said they have no proof, so I was forced to pay the $35.00 even though I spoke to someone and cancelled! One of the office staff said times were very very tough right now, hmmm wonder why?!!! Read these reviews and go somewhere else!!

I had an okay experience and people were somewhat nice. I did notice my skin kind of cleared up a little, but marks on my face would not go away. I called and canceled an appointment and was charged $35 for no call/ no show. I informed them I called to cancel and told them I left voicemail in which they checked their system, but "could not find voicemail" and they would not listen to me as there was no evidence of the call. They sent my information to collections in which they would not ever hear me out that I called therefore I had to pay a $35 fee. I tried to get issue fixed for over 6 months but got the old run around. They were unprofessional and do not like answering the phones. If you cancel an appointment I would make sure you speak with someone and confirm it's "canceled" because a few months later the same thing happened to my sister in which she was also charged a fee of $35 for a appointment she never set up. I wouldn't say this place is a scam, but I would say this place is only interested in money and not helping individuals. I would not recommend unless this is a family friend you are helping get business.

Stacey Ulery

Phenomenal staff and very professional. Dr. O was so kind and patient with my son's.

Went in for an appointment at 2:30 and waited almost an hour to see anyone

Ashley Harlow

Disappointed. Wasn’t not very thorough in looking at moles. Was also very short and slightly argumentative.

Name Here

Talentless in both customer service and specialty. Also, this place will call you on your birthday... I am not even a patient here anymore and an automatic messaging system called me from here. The physician would also randomly call me at night time to discuss "random" nonsensical information with me.

Went to an appointment on Aug 30. Left 3 messages. SEPT. 25, still no response on lab work. Told me it would be two weeks.

Dr O and her staff are amazing. From the minute you walk in, to the minute you leave you are taken care of. Dr O has this very personable and caring approach as she goes about the business of caring for your issue. If you need a doctor to address some skin anomaly, she is the doctor to see in Kokomo.

Let me start off by saying I have never left a bad review before, but I’ve truthfully had the worst experience here. 2 and a half years ago I had my first appointment here. I was told by DR. I had a rare skin condition that other doctors said I did not in the future. She put me on antibiotics for years and gave me creams that made my face worse. Much worse. All I actually had was acne and Dr. kept saying I didn’t. That it was some dermatitis. I got yeast infections and stomach ulcers from the antibiotics and the creams still only made my acne worse. Finally 2 years later she admitted I had acne & when I asked for accutane she told me I “didn’t need it” and that it would clear up “if I actually used the medicine correctly.” She also made me feel bad for not having constant check ups and made it seem like it was my fault for not having clear skin. I had been away at school and came in when I could, probably twice a year.....she wasn’t seeing me monthly but was still prescribing the creams and antibiotics??? Anyways, it was all confusing and my face was obviously not okay during that time. I finally switched doctors and THE DAY OF MY FIRST APPOINTMENT my doctor prescribed accutane because I was so broken out and inflamed and I was beginning to scar. I understand that the doctor always knows best but sometimes you know your body better. She took one look at my skin and said “perioral dermatitis.” And then basically rushed out and didn’t explain much other than a packet with pictures. My other doctor actually examined my face.

Went right on the problem and clearing up, nice service

Avoid. The doctor did not address any of the issues that brought me to her care. Further, she wildly overbilled insurance for her limited services as she spent about 5 minutes with me. Staff can take weeks to return calls for appointments or re-scheduling. The day of service, the doctor was unprofessionally dressed and her demeanor matched her garments. Her assistant did not provide her the multiple health issues I made an appointment for and I did not get care for what I originally made an appointment for.
