I am extremely displeased with your billing practices. My stepchildren have insurance through my husband's employer, but their mother takes them to their appointments and is responsible for their bills. The address listed on file is her old address. I received a call from a collection agency for a bill in my husband's name. Nevermind the fact that he should not be responsible, there was no attempt to verify that address, no attempt to call us, and when we call to find out what happened everyone played dumb. Very unhappy that an irresponsible ex wife can do such harm when a doctors office cannot be bothered to verify that they have the correct information on file.
