I loved having dr guse as my doctor but i dont know why but he wasnt there yesterday. Ive been in so much pain lately so my family doctor scheduled an appointment there. The doctor i ended up getting was dr gallager or somthing like that and he treated mme and my dad like crap. Because i was able to move my head and arms he said take pain pills... well my dad said cant we do a spinal mri and he flipped out "NO! theres no need for that" so my dad explained the issue he had with his pain and ended up finiding out it was caused by his neck even tho his neck didnt bother him and he yells "I DONT CARE THATS YOU NOT HER" he didn't even try to help me at all.. pain pills do not solve issues especially if itsabout the same pain as when i broke my collar bone. Of course he didnt have a recorder like dr guse so yeah we have no evidence of him treating us like crap as we were leaving we had to pay he saw we were still here and says "YOUR STILL HERE!?" dad said yes we have to pay then he said "YEAH YOU HAVE TO PAY!".... now if that doeant show how stupid he is i dont know what does... sad that there was alot of little kids with broken arms and ext in the waiting room who will have to be "treated" by him.

I went and seen Dr. Guse, I was very pleased with how thorough he was. He was also focused on helping me while he was in the room. Not rushing out and letting me ask question without me feeling like a bother. I was also impressed with the front office and nursing staff. Both were very knowledgeable and happy to help. I would highly recommend this office to anyone needing orthopedic care.
