I had to wait a really long time to see Dr. Lovell, actual consultation lasted 5mins and he wasn't able to make a decision with the xray (needs more experience). If you can't find a better doctor and have to go here, make sure you reach 30 mins in advance to fill out mostly redundant paperwork.

Had to schedule an appointment for a broken finger the ER said would need surgery. They couldn't get me in for 3 days. The lady I scheduled with was nice and professional on the phone. After reading reviews decided to go elsewhere. IU Orthopedic Bloomington got me in the same day. Called to cancel my appointment at SIO and the lady was incredibly rude. Seems like I dodged a bullet.

Waited an hour and a half. Once I questioned how much longer, I was met with the same answer of "a few minutes" that I had gotten 30 minutes prior. Then Dr. Tannenbaugh came into the room extremely rude and hateful like we were an inconvenience. Never ever going back!!!!!

Staff was very friendly ,and professional . I arrived there much earlier than my appointment,so they were able to get me in sooner . I was extremely pleased with the Othopedic (Dr . Guse ) Wait time was less than 30 minutes ! Awesome service .

Dr Youlo and staff are simply amazing. I had to my sick little Maggie with me this am to my appt. They gave her a pillow and took care of her during my xrays. Dr Youlo asked her questions about what was bothering her and gave me recommendations on how to help her. He took amazing care of both of us, and I was the patient. He listened and validated the extreme pain I am having, and I left with a definite plan he put in place. Amazing group.

At first this seems to be a nice place I went to physical therapy did not work so I have struggled seven months because I could not have afforded the surgery I have health insurance but time being off work it’s my issue I have bills to pay and I’m alone I have come into this office in tears due to being in so much pain with my knee and I was told I could make an appointment I would have to wait 4 days to see a doctor I mean seriously this is how you treat your patients Then I come in today 912 I was told I I could not be seen until my balance is paid I owe 148.00 in full I begged her to let me see a dr and I can do payments And I was so Rudely told no

I have never met a more knowledgeable doctor ever. After 2 failed knee surgeries from other doctors. Dr. Guse did it right the first time. Wouldn't go to anyone else

Dr. David Gallagher is not professional at all. Come's in a room looking like he's mad at the world. My daughter is having shooting pain off and on but since she wasn't having it at the time of the appointment, he just pretty much brushed her off. I asked maybe he should order an MRI of her cervical spine because of the pain she is describing and he said absolutely not and if I wanted a second opinion to go see another doctor. I had pain in my back and absolutely no pain in my neck and arms and guess what, it was my cervical spine! I pasted all the test that he preformed on my daughter. His answer, "that was you, this is her!" Well I'm sorry if I want my daughter to be tested throughly to rule out all that it can be. He's going to ruin that office and the great Dr Guse shouldn't be no where near him...

Before my spine surgery I had to walk with my head hanging down due to so much pain in my neck. I couldn't write, crochet, or color with my grandkids because my right hand was almost useless. Since my surgery I hold my head high, crochet, and not only color with my grandkids we danced to our favorite songs. People who haven't seen me since before my surgery have a hard time believing I had it because the scar is barely visible on my neck. Thank you Dr. Chambers and also Andrew for everything but especially for ability to dance with my grandkids.

Today was my first appointment with Southern Indiana Orthopedics in North Vernon, indiana. I found them to be excellent, friendly, yet informative, professional and prepared to help with my problems. They were all efficient, helpful and compassionate. No waste of time, amazingly ready for each step. They have given me hope and confidence, when I walked in I was terrified of what I was facing with not much hope for the future I wanted. They were all upbeat and confident and reassuring. Not false hope but with plans and procedures ready to implement. I was given information on how they could help me. What I needed to expect and do to make things work. Thank you so much. I left with hope and the formation of a plan to succeed and confidence that this could work and I could go on with the things I love in my life. Thank you all so much. I am now ready to begin reclaiming my life! I even recieved that precious first treatment to begin my recovery. We have a plan and it began today. Thank you again and I promise I will do what I am told and complete my share of the battle! .

The doctor and the staff were nice, However the service is awfully slow .I went in at 2:50 pm for a 3:00 pm appointment.and it took me more than 1 hour and 40 minutes to get a couple of X-rays and speak to the doctor for 3-4 minutes. I don't think I will go there again . This is the second time this happened (I thought I was unlucky the first time).

Dr. David Gallagher within five minutes told me there was nothing he could do and he wasn't sure why I was sent to him after intrupting me answering questions he asked. I was in pain and in a wheelchair unable to walk and fresh out of heart surgery and he was rude for no reason like I was wasting his time. Hands down the worst doctor I have ever encountered. He did everything short of kicking me on the way out. He shouldn't be practicing medicine. He doesn't even care about anyone but himself.

My fiance was referred to this place from his boss who had a successful surgery on his back with them. After sitting in the waiting room for 2.5 hours for a scheduled appointment, we went into the room and he has x-rays done. Keep in mind this was a lower back pain that went down to his knees, a novice could estimate it was a pinched nerve at the least. After xrays and NO MRI we sat in the room awaiting the doctor. The doctor's assistant, not the doctor, showed up and scrolled through the x rays, told us that he had degeneration due to smoking and he needed to quit. End of visit. Didn't acknowledge the shooting pain/tingling in his leg or anything. Said if it doesn't get better in 3 months (he had been suffering for 3 already) then to give him a call. We immediately decided he needed a 2nd opinion from an actual doctor. A few weeks later he is getting an MRI and low and behold he has a herniated disc and pinched nerve. Surgery to come soon to stop the suffering. I would say if a doctor had been present, this may have been different. But the lack of inspection, compassion, and detail in this one visit was enough to say that I wouldn't recommend this place for back issues.

their service is pretty pretty slow. I got ankle fractures, the doctor only gave me a support boot without any treatment, and ask me to do CT, Xray... couple follow-ups without any treatment again. BTW, they charged $160+ per follow-up visits.

Always appreciate Dr. Federle’s ability to explain medical matters in a manner that’s easy to comprehend. Without exception, he answers any and all questions I may have; doesn’t rush through my appointment. Unlike many experiences I’ve had with several other physicians, Dr. Federle makes me feel that I’m his most important patient, and not just during my appointment. I’ve encountered him on occasions outside my office visit and he always acknowledges me and always in a friendly manner. I’ve had both hips and both knees replaced; Dr. Federle has done three of those four. Without equivocation, I would most definitely recommend Dr. Federle to anyone, and I have on several occasions.
