Absolutely wonderful clinic my condition was explained to me and treatment and prevention was also clearly explained. Absolutely awesome service from the time I got there to the time I left. Would recommend these guys to every woman I know!

Receptionist was very rude and confrontational. Having had some difficulties with insurance we had to reschedule the appointment and apparently the time was communicated incorrectly by 15 minutes. So we showed up thinking that we were 5 minutes early and were asked to be seated, well then 10 minutes later we were told we were 20 minutes late and that we had to come back on another day. We told the receptionist how hard it was to reschedule and were brushed off, we were told that it had not be changed and office policy was that if late for an appointment it needed to be rescheduled. We asked if they did reminder phone calls and were told not recently because they are short staffed. Our pregnancy is high risk and this office is highly recommended but since we can't get in to see the doctor all I can rate is the office which has been very unsatisfactory. Update: We got in to see the doctor and he was great! The second experience was much more pleasant with very prompt service.

I've been calling their office for a week now for a refill prescription in diabetic lancets. I've never recieved a return phone call from them. Their office never opens on time, always about 15-20 min late. Also, my last visit, my son left his phone in the waiting room and it was stolen. Dr. Albers was my Dr for my first pregnancy 3 years ago and it was a very wonderful staff. Now it seems like it's really gone down hill. I

I have to say it was an amazing experience! I would recommend these awesome people to anyone looking for an OB/GYN. I had surgery with Dr.Albers and he took his time and explained everything to me in detail. Answered all mine and my family's questions. The staff is so kind and courteous, always willing to help anyway they can.

The wait times in the lobby have been short (much shorter than prior offices out of town), the staff has been friendly, the doc (Albers) and NP have been knowledgeable and professional.

I made an appointment a month ago and they never put it in their system. They had all my information but failed to make the appointment. Then I asked how soon the next appointment I could get was and they said not til the 20th. Ridiculous absolutely ridiculous. Never going to them or attempting to again.

I have been going to this office for several years now. I've always had a pleasant experience until today. Pamela was awesome as always. However, her assistant today was extremely rude. I work in healthcare myself and I would never talk to a patient in the manner that she spoke to me today. She was not only snotty but obviously did not review my chart before asking the questions that she did. If Pamela hadn't been so amazing, I seriously would've considered switching physicians.

Doctor albers did all three of my csections I request him when I do get pregnant hes amazing an so is the office. There as nice as could be an i will continue to go there when an if I get pregnant again !
