I had to wait for over 30 minutes in the waiting room, then one I did go back, they asked me questions that I had already told them. Then after 20 minutes of waiting in the room, Dr. Rose finally came in and took 2 seconds looking at me and not asking one question immediately prescribed something that I knew I did not want to take. She then proceeded to tell me that I needed these 2 other things prescribed and left. Not one question about me or any of the products and processes I was using. I am not going to fill those prescriptions.

Completely dis-organized office and misinformed doctor. Prepare to make repeat calls trying to schedule and to get orders or prescriptions sent. Highly recommend you find a different office and doctor to fill your medical needs.

Waiting time is atleast an hour from your appointment time. If there’s another choice, I recommend taking an alternative clinic.

Dr. Rivera, Jill and the entire staff are absolutely incredible. They always take their time with you and are very knowledgeable. I’ve been seeing them for years and can’t say enough good things. They always have a solution—and even factor in your budget. If they have samples on hand, they always share them before suggesting I pick up a prescription. Absolutely wonderful team!
