Dr. Cleary is great but his office will give you a lifetime ban if you have a balance over 90 days, even if you pay it later. I had $172 overdue 10 years ago (I was 25). I planned on having enough to pay it when I came in for a LEEP but two weeks before my procedure they called and told me I was dismissed for an overdue balance. Prior to that no one said anything about being banned nor did they say I could avoid a ban with small payments. It was always all or nothing and I was in a REALLY bad spot financially (plus having to deal with medical issues!). I paid the balance shortly after being banned (9yrs ago!) and yet today I need a new doctor, they're in my network again, and I didn't even remember the dismissal situation so I called and was informed that I have a lifetime ban. Over $172 that was paid within 120 days and was from almost 10 years ago. What they care about is clear.

I've had a wonderful experience with the Naab Rd location. I particularly love Dr. Craig and Dr. Gates. They never make us wait long, and the front staff is very helpful.

A had a great experience with the couple of doctors that I met there, so my beef is not completely with them. However, I suspended a few prenatal visits due to extreme financial issues which caused a lag in payment for bills not covered when my insurance hadn't kicked in. They will not see me again until my current bill is brought up to date despite me having insurance and also refuse to submit a form I need verifying my pregnancy. They say they haven't seen me for awhile so they can't confirm it. I told them I will gladly come in so that they can witness my 8 month baby bump. So, I'm not sure that I can fully recommend this place for your prenatal care. Also, beware that there are charges that may not be covered by your insurance company such as part of your ultrasound and part of various blood work. So, overall office policy is my primary issue with them. I will likely be looking for a different office.

I went to get my implant removed and an IUD placed. Dr Witham was very dismissive and disrespectful, very rough with my pap smear and insisted it was a me issue cus of how tight my muscles were, then the pain of having my cervix dilated (which I know would hurt) and she kept dismissing my pain and saying that I have to go through pain and discomfort in order to get good things in life. After we ended prematurely, ten seconds after as I was calming and breathing she said "so what are we gonna do about birth control now??" I told her to give me a few minutes, then after she insisted I talk to her but she kept passive aggressively shaming me saying how we were almost done but she couldn't do anything cus I revoked consent, as if it was my fault for being overly emotional. She then sort of fired me by saying she'll reschedule me with another doctor after going back and forth with her for a bit. Also she tried to walk in while I was changing. Never using her as a gynecologist again! The nurse was very sweet though.

I was new to this location, but was given clear directions over the phone at the time of scheduling. I was greeted by the receptionist, who was friendly and warm. I spoke with one of Dr. Stevens' NPs, Alyssa Barr. She was very knowledgeable and took the time to really make sure I had all my questions answered before leaving. She clearly laid out "next steps" and put me at ease. Overall, great experience and warm atmosphere. I could tell the providers cared about me and my concerns.

Was told to stay home after my water broke and that I was fine... I even mentioned that I had started to cramp (actually, contractions but I didn't know!). I barely made it to the hospital in time and that was only due to my dad telling me that there is no leaking from a pregnant woman that should not be checked out. I consider my birth traumatic (5 weeks early) and I think with a good OB office it would not have been. Often kept waiting in the office for over an hour (even though I am always early). They do not try to be the doctor to deliver so you have very low odds of having your primary OB doctor there. I was told if I wanted to know the delivering I should rotate. So, I tried to see all of the doctors before birth and there are SO MANY that I did not meet them all, including the one who told me to stay home. I switched OB offices and they rarely keep me waiting. I have a 75% chance that my doctor will deliver my baby. I fully expect this birth experience to be significantly better, though that shouldn't be difficult!

I love Dr Squires. She has been my doctor for 13 years. The office is very efficient. I can see the doctor for my annual visit and get a mammogram at the same location. It’s so convenient. Today my appointment was at 1:00. I saw the doctor, got the mammogram and was back in the car at 1:45. My mammogram took 12 minutes start to finish. Excellent, friendly staff

All of the office staff are wonderful and very polite. Dr. Stevens is so pretty and she's great at explaining everything, along with answering any questions or concerns you may have with your pregnancy. The facility was very clean and the parking was pretty good; could use a little work.

This place is horrible I wish I never sent my daughter here at all. They made her feel less than comfortable and were very rude and had no idea how to answer questions. My daughter was referred from the Emergency room and they acted as if they had no idea what was going on when they called to make an appointment. I worked for a doctors office for years, and that would have been unacceptable. If you are calling to make an appointment then you should know what its for . Im still looking for another place to take my daughter because I dont even think they addressed what the major concern was she felt they talked down to her and made her feel very uncomfortable having to tell what she was being see for while checking in. THAT INFORMATION WAS DISCUSSED ON THE PHONE WITH THE PERSON WHO MADE THE APPT!!. That also violates the HIPPA law to discuss health problems in the waiting room where other people are . It sad that healthcare is so expensive yet these type of people have no proper bedside manner or even have the slightest idea of what patient care is .

I went to this office to get an IUD put in, and while the nurse practitioner made the process and painless as possible, she told me that my IUD was covered at 100% by my insurance! Yay! What she did not tell me though was that she went ahead and did an STD test on my urine that I was told was to just check to see if I could be pregnant. I have been recieveing a bill from them for this test, because my insurance does not cover these tests. I was informed that "all unmarried women getting an IUD receive an STD test". I did not give them my consent to do this, and also think that it might fall under discrimination as well. I did not need this test, and if they would have asked me for my consent, they would have known this. After finally getting a final answer today, they said that nurse practitioner Kesha Kelly always does this when putting in IUDs for protective reasons. While I realize this was done for my safety, I was still not informed about this or asked for my consent. I also wish that the nurse would have explained this to me herself and apologized to me for what she believes is a miscommunication. I am now out a lot of money and am upset that I will need to find another doctor since I can not trust this company anymore.

I’ve been a patient here for 15 years and I love it! Nurse practitioner, Kesha Kelly worked alongside my husband and I and helped us get pregnant with our daughter. She has such a special place in our hearts and we love her dearly. During delivery, I had a doctor that wasn’t my own at the time, but he quickly became my main doctor afterwards and delivered our son as well! Dr Gates is hilarious, compassionate and an excellent OBGYN. He answers all questions and has helped us make educated decisions for our unborn children as well as myself. I won’t ever go somewhere else. Thankful for this team and everything they’ve done to ensure we have a healthy family.

From the very first appointment, Dr. Tinder treated me as if I was the only patient she was seeing. Though very daunting at times, she practically held my hand with each step of this surgery process during my hospital stay. It was truly her patience and professionalism that got me to my current level of recuperation.

If I wasn’t stuck at this office and hospital due to insurance I wouldn’t be going here. Every time there is an issue. Today I was told they forgot to give me a shot at 28weeks pregnant. So I got it 7weeks late. And then upon check out I told her I need labs she told me to sit out in the waiting room. Waited over 30mins for them to call me back. Went to tell them I had to go to work and they said they forgot to tell the lab someone was waiting. Literally no one was in the lab getting labs done. So I sat out there for a half hour for nothing. That was just todays visit. The front desk staff isn’t very friendly. They let lines build up. I’ve witnessed them answering the phone “how can 8 help you” not addressing who they are. They tell u leave your specimen they don’t point you in the right direction of guide you. Just like the lab. That was a desk issue not communicating. Last time they shouted my name and info into the waiting room. My mom and I were both like wow that’s hippa violation. They want you to see different doctors at every visit but then stuff gets missed. Like important shots you should have gotten 7weeks ago.

You can't get thru for an appointment!! Patient portal doesn't work so NO HELP with that...
