Great experience. Very friendly staff, the injection i went for was a huge success.

All the employees at CIO were very polite and friendly. They explained what was going to happen. The nurses were helpful and willing to do anything I needed to make my ordeal as pleasant as possible. Dr. Cook was very thorough in explaining the procedure ahead of time. My experience at CIO was 100 times better than my experience with Ball/IU. I will always go to CIO instead of Ball if there is anything to do with orthopedics.

Dr. Cook went over my xrays and confirmed what my practioner thought and the different proceedures to help with my condition. He then let me choose what I wanted to try. He was very nice and answered all my questions
