I was referred here by my PCP to have a polyp removed. From the time I arrived to the time I left, I had a wonderful experience. Quick and friendly check in and check out, and my doctor was great. Dr. Thalia explained things very well, made the procedure quick and painless, and I liked her a lot. Also, my results came back very quickly and the results were good. I’ve never had a doctor actually take the time to really listen to me and my concerns. Dr. Clark not only listened, but really took the time to explore all the options, and do everything that needed to be done, making me feel like my concerns were valid and I wasn’t just wasting his time. I’ve always had this rule of only seeing female OBGYNs, but I needed an appt ASAP, and thought, I’ll just deal with it this time. Glad I did. I’ll stick with Dr. Clark for as long as I’m here and his practice is open.

The day came for me to meet Dr. B and I now can say I love her I didn’t have to wait long , she was very gentle with me and . The surgery I had she explained everything to me and I wasn’t in a lot of pain after. I am truly Thankful!

Doctors and nurses are all great, but do not trust their kiosks to check you in. The people still will need to check you in, and if they're busy, you might not actually get checked in for your appointment.

After seeing Dr. Basham, I am glad to report that caring doctors still exist. The things that were important to me, were important to her. I feel like I am in good hands. I miss the Macgregors, but things change. I wish them well. They served Michiana, well, for many years.

I've had a couple bad experiences in this office as a trans person but my therapist recommended Jessica. I was nervous to return to the office but Jess was fantastic! Patient, understanding. She didn't once question me, my gender or any of my concerns and fears. Definitely request her!

Wonderful experience in office and delivery. although when you deliver you receive care from the doc on call, instead of your choice, I would trust any of the docs in this practice to do an exceedingly great job. Dr. Cox delivered by baby and it went exactly as well as I could have hoped. She was supportive and very involved. Wonderful staff at Memorial as well.

When my wife got pregnant with our twins we didn’t have an OB. After some research she chose Michiana OB, I was a little skeptical of the “team concept” of the practice at first. We saw all of the Dr’s during the many prenatal visits and they all took a personal interest in her care and talked to us each time like they had known us forever. The real payoff though came when she went into premature labor at 27 weeks and we were met with a familiar face at the hospital. The staff was able to ward off that bout and we were sent home 3 days later. When her water broke at 31 weeks and we needed an emergency C section we were once again greeted with a familiar but different face when we got to the hospital. For anyone on the fence about the team concept I am now a firm believer in it. It was so comforting to have a Dr we knew instead of a random on call Dr we had never seen. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone.

I have had a great experience with each doctor I have had appointments with, my personal favorite is Dr. Czarnecki! Whenever I call with concerns I get an answer back within reasonable time. I am able to make appointments around my work schedule as well. I will say my job is very flexible with the appointments I need scheduled through my pregnancy, if this was not the case it may be a bit more difficult to get an appointment that is convenient for my work schedule.

They also did all of my prenatal care through my entire pregnancies and delivered both of my kids! Dr. Blick and Dr. Raj Shah were the doctors who delivered them. I highly recommend them to everyone I know! All of the doctor's are wonderful though! All of the nurses are just as good! They always ask about my husband and kids and how we are all doing as a family. I appreciate those details very much!

My husband and I are trying to get pregnant and went to Dr. Raj for a consult. I’m epileptic and was scared he would tell us we were crazy. When I asked jittery questions, he answered every one of them calmly. Michiana Obstetrics & Gynecology physicians, explain things in a way you can follow and not think “Huh?” We left with reassurance that we can have a healthy baby and he gave us a tip. Take folic acid!

Every doctor and NP I have encountered has been fabulous. Throughout my pregnancy, I met them all and was impressed. I understand wanting to have one primary doctor, but since you don’t know who will be on call when you go into labor, I think it’s nice to have a network of physicians who are available. For regular check-ups and exams, I have been seeing NP Shannon Luczak and she had been wonderful, understanding, compassionate. She is a great addition to the team!

I brought my daughter to Dr. Basham for some abdominal pain she has been having. Dr. Basham was amazing! She fully explained test results and was very sensitive as this was her first real gyno appointment. She clearly addressed our concerns and outlined a plan of treatment in terms we could understand and feel comfortable with. It’s been a long time since I’ve seen a doctor take this kind of time making a patient feel so comfortable and putting patients concerns above office “time limits” as it seems many practices tend to do. I had my appointment scheduled at Michiana Obstetrics and Gynecology 1.5 weeks ahead of time and the doctor and staff waited until I had to leave work early and drive a hour to this office for Daniel F. Czarnecki to say he thinks it’s too soon to do the follow up appointment that day! Told me I needed to reschedule 3 weeks further out! And then they want to charge me for the office visit and the 2 minutes of his time. He was rude and snippy when I expressed I was upset for their lack of consideration. I was told I could continue my care elsewhere by the practice manager when I tried to talk with her about this horrible experience. Over all? Worst OBGYN office I have EVER been to. Seems to me they care more about my money then my health. I will not return and I recommend no one else choose this office for their care!
