Best Dr I've ever had

I found Dr. Kappelman by doing a Google search; not knowing what to expect and already exhausted trying to find a good OB/GYN. Although he only has a few reviews (most doctors do not have any at all), his care should merit him more. I feel really lucky to have found him. He is in a great location that is easy to find, park, and reach from the highway. When I visit, his front desk staff is always nice. The practice is a owned by him, so it has a familiar/personal touch. Everyone I have met at the front desk including his assistant have been great. I never have to wait longer than 10 minutes; if ever. I feel like my time is respected, and his practice’s pricing for services are fantastic. Most times I do not see a bill because my insurance covers it. He has a steady flow of clients and appropriately spaces everyone out so that his undivided attention is given to patients when they have questions or concerns. Dr. Kappelman is very thorough doing procedures, check ups, follow up appointments, and simply gets it right every time. He goes above and beyond what most large-organization OB/GYNs do. For example, he had called me while he was on vacation to let me know the results of my pap smear! He did not have to do that and most people won’t. Dr. Kappelman is welcoming, conversational, and listens to his patients’ needs. The only thing that I would say needs improvement is the office itself since it is outdated. Nevertheless, the work gets done well and I am treated for what I came for. Regardless, I trust him with all of my women’s health needs, and would recommend him to any woman no matter where they are in their life - from general pap smears, pre-natal care, post-baby, and beyond.
