Dr. Mull has a very gentle bedside manner. She explained the procedure very precisely to my child. She was so friendly and was one of the best doctors we have seen. Her nurse was awesome as well!

If I could I would give a negative review. Has no compassion in treating small children and just wants to jump to procedure without having a plan.

If I could give less than a 1 star I would!!! I’d give a negative 5 I was trying to see this doctor as a new patient with concerns of skin cancer she would not book an appointment but would use me to fill in for a cancelled appointment so I agreed. The office called while I was at work out of the country and said they had a cancelled appointment for the next day in less than 24 hours. They scheduled that appointment without any confirmation from me. I did not get this voicemail and never knew of this appointment until I returned to the US and had a letter in the mail saying since I didn’t show to this appointment they scheduled without my consent I can never be seen by any of the deaconess dermatologist in her office for the rest of my life. REDICULOUS!!!!!! So I called them she was asked if I could see Dr Mull and she said never but they offered to let someone else check me out to see if this is skin cancer. I agreed but only if we could set the appointment together and they offered to see me in 5 months. Really no one should ever use these doctors what’s wrong when doctors no longer care about patients needs and make rediculous policies like this.
