From the minute you step in the door you are made to feel welcome...all the team members are extremely friendly, helpful and make you feel like family. Dr. Davis was wonderful at putting my son at ease for the procedure. He called me personally the day after my son’s surgery to make sure that my son was doing well...there are so few doctors who take the time to show you that they really care about their patients. I highly recommend Dr. Davis and his exceptional team to everyone. You won’t find a more caring and welcoming office anywhere!

The offices are very clean and well kept. It may not matter to most but they have everything nicely decorated. They have the most up to date technology. The front desk receptionist was so kind and sweet. The doctor's assistant was personable and made sure to make me feel comfortable. She explained the process which was to follow before the doctor came in. The doctor was also attentive and kind. What really stood out to me is the fact that he personally called the next day to see how I was doing. He made sure to send me home with everything that I would need (water injector for the food caught in sockets and gauges for the bleeding). I wanted to point that out because a family member that got her wisdom tooth removed had to buy all those things after the procedure. I am very pleased with the attention and service rendered. I recommend them to anyone looking for excellent care.

Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. The front desk got my Rx ready for me and discreetly managed payment. The nurses/hygienists stayed and talked to me in preparation for my surgery, thoroughly explaining the process. The doctor was kind, quick, and very knowledgeable. He even called me hours after my surgery to make sure everything was going okay at home! They even have all the post-care instructions on pamphlets and online. i was so impressed! It's only day one since my surgery thus far, but I already know whom I'm recommending to others!!! -24yo

Steer clear from this place if you truly value your teeth. Very bad staff, that is unfriendly, and just doesn't seem to care, and the dentists are inept, who don't seem to care about the wellness of the patient, but only care about money, and whatever procedure they may do, they will do it incorrectly on purpose, just so you will have to come back again, and they will milk more money from you. One star for this place is too generous, as they don't deserve even a half a star.

Dr. Potter was amazing and the staff was very friendly and accomodating. A week after I had my wisdom teeth taken out, I had a few concerns with one of the sockets and they made an appointment for the next morning and took care of it. I definitely recommend their office to anyone and would use them again, no doubt.

Very rude people working at this place and on the day my son was to have surgery the doctor refused to do the surgery unless I paid $485 out of my pocket for a biopsy that he likes to do he said. I already had said no to the biopsy before scheduling the surgery. When I said I would have to call my husband and talk to him, the doctor told me no i couldn't because he didn't have the time to wait. Again I told them we didn't want the biopsy and the doctor told us to leave and reschedule for when I had the money for the biopsy. I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SEE THAT ORAL SURGEON AGAIN. I would give them no stars if that was even an option.

It was a great experience! Very clean dental office and restroom well decorated! The staff were also very friendly and helpful with all concerns I had. Dr. Pruitt even extracted an extra tooth for me at no extra charge! I would definitely refer this place to others!

Poor customer service, I made an appointment and needed to cancel this yet the office states I no showed. They would not re-book me stated I needed to call daily to get into an appointment. Just called Dr. Conkin and got him faster and he took my insurance

I feel so bad I did not mean to put one star at first, I tried to delete it but can't get it. Anyways the ladies are sweet and let me come in and watch them remove my moms tooth because I want to be an oral surgeon!

got 4 of my wisdom teeth removed here. after the surgery, I didnt feel much pain as i thought it was going to be. Dr potter did a great job and he's really sweet. also the staff are really nice! highly recommend here
