I see Kim each time and absolutely love our appointments. She is very caring, personal and attentive. I would usually give a 5 star rating but this time I signed in and it was 35 minutes before I was seen. And the office was not busy. I understand the is a transition taking place, but I do but believe this is what affected the delay. Disappointing customer service.

Suggestion: hold off congratulations and handing out welcome bags until the END of first appointments just in case you end up leaving with devastating news! And maybe wait until the next appointment after that devastating news to try to discuss birth control options! This is the third experience we’ve had with Hancock (2 live and pleasant births) and the only bad one but it was a doozy!

If i could give a negative star i would give it a negative 5. I had really bad . Pain. So I went to an OBGYN for a hysterectomy to solve the problem. They scheduled it for october 31st. My insurance wouldn't do the hysterectomy but decided to do a D&C. Never heard back from the doctor office. Left messages and nothing. On October 28th. The friday before my surgery, still no word. I went up to the office and sat there untill i got some answers. The office manger gave me excuse after excuse after excuse. But was told that my surgery was going to happen on Monday the 31st. so Monday the 31st I went in for my surgery. It was supposed to be a outpatient surgery. He came in and let me know that if I wanted to have an ovation as well but I could and I decided to do that. I ended up having a fluid on my lungs from the anesthesia so I had to stay in the hospital two and a half days. I called for my week checkup after I got out the hospital. I went in for that check up I don't know the date. The doctor was very Brash and was in a rush to get me out of there and didn't want to answer any more questions. They think when I was in the hospital that I needed a CPAP machine and wanted me to do a sleep study. He said he was sending the paperwork and they would call me. I never heard from the hospital to set up that appointment. I had an appointment on the 15th with my doctor. So I brought up the CPAP CPAP machine in the sleep study. They call me within a week about the sleep study. And got the ball rolling. I still haven't heard anything from dr. Lo's office or the hospital about the sleep study until today January 6 2017. Please be careful when you are picking your Ob-Gyn.
