Dr. Smith and his nurse, Kelly, are amazing! They are both very kind, compassionate, and actually listen to what you have to say. They always ask how you are doing, ask if you have questions, and provide feedback in terms that are easily understood. They make you feel that they care a great deal about their patients; and I truly believe that they do. The appointments are never rushed, and Dr. Smith spends as much time as needed with you. He understands that every patient is different, and may not respond to the same treatments. He is always willing to discuss new treatment options, if you (or he) feels that the one you’re on isn’t producing sufficient results. Overall, I could not be happier with Dr. Smith, Kelly, and the staff at Rheumatology Associates PC!
