I am a patient at DermacenterMD and I see one of their Physician Assistants - Mariah Lefforge. She recommended the right treatment and it took care of my issue. I do have a chronic condition so it comes back, but it's always quick and easy to get into the office and get my skin under control again. Mariah is friendly, a very knowledgeable provider, and makes me feel like she cares about me and my skin.

Dr. Moore is an excellent dermatologist. His smile is what really gives away his patient, kind and inviting personality. He takes his time with you and is sure to explain everything in detail. He is professional and his staff is friendly and helpful. They seem to genuinely care about their patients. The office is clean and comfortable, as well. He helped to clear up my acne and then treated the scars with laser treatment. I am very satisfied with the outcome. I would most certainly recommend Dr. Moore!

I called derma center, as part of my job, and tried to leave a message for an employee, who apparently doesnt work there anymore, but instead of being told that, the so called manager, Amanda, asked me who I was and where I calling from, and so forth. Instead of saying this person couldn't be reached there, she hung up on me. I called back to speak with Amanda's boss, she said she was her boss. I asked many times to be transferred to someone above her. She refused! She was very RUDE, and nosey. I am , and was a patient there. Not anymore. Cant believe some of the staff, that are working for our community. Sad.

Dr. Moore is professional, kind, and honest. His staff is wonderful and friendly. There was a normal wait time for my visit. He seems intelligent when talking about dermatology. He takes his time to make sure you are comfortable with the treatment plan you are using and if making changes he lets you have some say in what you would like to try.

My dermatologist retired and I needed to find a replacement. Dr Moores office was very close, so I gave them a try. I believe they are good Doctors but something is very shady about their office practices. I went in a couple times for skin cancer removal. Instead of completely removing the potential cancer they wanted to test it then schedule me back in so they had 2 opportunities to Bill my insurance. I called them out on it and they looked like deer in headlights. Then I came in at the beginning of this year and they did it again...... but this time they didn’t even mention that my insurance changed and I was completely out of network and would be paying the entire bill myself. I guess I can take some blame for not knowing my plan better but it would have been courteous to give me a heads up before the procedure. Just be aware. It seemed a little fraudulent to me. 4/30/19 - Dr Moore has reached out 4 or 5 times. I’ve returned his call a few times. We have not been able to connect as of yet. I guess I can understand if their practice is billing twice for 1 procedure but collecting a 60.00 co-pay when my insurance isn’t even involved seems strange to me.

This doctor should be investigated. He is trained to spot sarcoma and he missed mine. I saved my life by changing doctors. I new something was wrong when they said I just had a cyst. 2 surgeries later by the university of Michigan, 6 weeks of radiation, 10 brutal months of chemo. And I'm speechless he missed diagnosed me. Just speechless. Stay away from this guy!!

I've been going to this guy for 11 yrs. He's helped with acne, removed my skin cancer and always been professional and friendly. I remember when I didn't have money for the meds and he went and got me enough samples to last a month. Only guy in Elkhart and st. Joe counties that knows his stuff.

Dr. Moore is a man of character and morals and for that my wife and I are very grateful. The personal concern phone call to check up on her describes the integrity and quality of this Doctor. He is concerned about his patients. She has something that has challenged the Doctors to cure and it is a slow process hopefully she will be good as new here soon. Thank you Dr. Moore!

The receptionist was not good at explaining her questions and seemed rude, so much so, that I'm not willing to give this business a second chance. If they can't hire the right, professional, and hospitible employee to be the face of the company, then how does they make me or others feel about how they run their business and treat their patients? I'll look elsewhere!
