His sense of humor goes a long way when your staring down a high risk pregnancy. I recommend him to everyone I know. I started going to Dr Mernitz over 5 years ago I want to say, I found out I was pregnant with my middle child, making the long and sad story of loss short. From the moment of finding out about our baby, till the end of the pregnancy, Dr Mernitz was a Blessing to my husband and I. He has since had the opportunity of delivering our youngest child, and is still my OB today. I highly recommend him as a dr. He's very patient and he listens and he is not at all pushy, and he's very very respectful. When the loss happened he was very caring and compassionate. I am stubborn by nature, and he was very patient with me. In honesty I could go on and on.... Bottom line, if you need an OB and you can get an appointment with him, take it. It might be a wait, BUT you will not regret it!

Smart, quick yet still will take his time with you, gladly answers any questions and is very personable with his bedside manor. Never had any problems with mistakes on script writing or forgotten follow-up. Just excellent!! Will soon be taking my daughter there. :)
