Been a few times myself and liked it alright so tried calling two days in a row during office hours to schedule an appointment for my son but answer?! Left messages both days and while they returned my call the first day from a fifth number I didn't have saved in my phone (I have four numbers saved that they had called me from before) so didn't answer and they never bothered returning my second call. Idk who they think they are to not offer customer service but I'll be taking my business elsewhere.

Have been struggling with folliculitis and acne since I was younger. I asked for more advanced treatments on my first visit but she prescribed me more of the weak topical treatments that haven't worked for me in the past. Really disappointed, know it's not going to work.... didn't listen to me at all

I’ve been a patient of CD for three years now, primarily for an annual mole checkup. The office staff is kind and efficient. I see Heather Mucci each year and believe her to be kind, professional, and helpful when I have any questions or concerns. I’ve had several moles sent off for biopsy and receive a call within a few days to hear results.

Took 2 weeks for pathology report that was suppose to take a few days, was told to go for a 2nd opinion and they would send the report to the new doctor to review. They never sent the report, the day of my new doctor appointment, I was sent to multiple voicemails with absolutely no help! The new doctor told me that they had heard the same about them...don't waste your time!

I went in for a free consultation for a skin concern. The visit was not worth it. The esthetician stood 6 feet away from me and didn't even look at me closely. When she left the room, I turned around to see there was a magnifying lense used for close up looks. I didn't understand why she didn't take a better look at my concern. Their wait list is ridiculous, then you "get in" with some one who really doesn't care. I basically reassured my self of my other options. Also, she was looking at the clock next to me. She had bad bed side manners so non-chalant. I am not sure how knowledgeable she was in the field. The worst feeling leaving the enormous, glamorous practice was not feeling recognized, valued or treated well. I rather pay for a consultation then go there. Also, Dr. Cassis is regarded as a "goddess" of dermatology, unreachable, and with a wait list of 6 months. This is ridiculous. There are other outstanding dermatologists in the Lousiville area. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME.

This place is horrible. They are extremely rude and tried telling me they called me in regards to some bill and they never did. They sent me to collections when I paid them in full and it's been a mess ever since. The billing department is rude and so is the front desk. I wouldn't let my dog go in that place!!!!!!

I was referred here from a good friend, from the moment I walked in the door I knew it would be fine, these are the sweetest women ever... very knowledgeable and I never felt uncomfortable one time! I never waited longer than 5 minutes to go back for my appt. Overall, I was very impressed!
