We have been taking our 6 year old to this office since birth. We have always felt "heard" when bringing up concerns, and have been treated with compassion and understanding (especially because she is TERRIBLE for injections!). She has also always been "worked in" if her problem seemed to be serious enough. We strongly recommend Beacon Pediatrics.

Dr is amazing. Waiting and waiting and waiting. Yay we get to go back, waiting and waiting and waiting. Every time I bring my kids here. Lots of waiting. Kids get impatient. Well child visit at 10. 2 hours later we leave after our 15 minute meeting with the doc. I wish this doctor worked elsewhere.

So last week we had the worst experience I have ever had at Bristol st. Peds for David. The manager there was horrible and ended up asking my Husband to leave and telling me we wouldn't be welcomed back. All because she has a "nurse" who was doing a horrible job at getting blood out of my sons foot. After 10min (not kidding) of my son screaming bloody murder and her NOT squeezing - just letting blood "flow" out and her looking around and paying attention to everything but her job, we snapped and asked her to pone him again. She then responded very rudely "OK DAD" to Josh and we asked for someone else. Then the manager came in and I have never been treated so horribly in my life. She came in blaming us for being rude to her employee and never apologized for her actions. When I told her that she had terrible customer service, she laughed at me. Eventually someone else came in to finish the blood work and it took about 2 min. Well yesterday we received a letter in the mail stating that we are not welcome back. Really? Because after all it was our fault that we had concerns and want only the best for our child. So now I am Looking into other places. Does anyone know anything about concord family medicine ? Shann needs to manage her employees not me.

I had a baby in September and though my whole pregnancy I suffered some pretty bad anxiety and depression, I still do. As a result of this I tend to not remember things. Apparently I missed an appointment for my newborn. No phone call to remind me of the appointment no phone call to say I missed the appointment. No. I got a very cold letter 2 months later saying I was at risk (forgive me but I dont remember the exact wording) of being banned from the practice. No one called to ask how I was doing, no one asked how my son was doing. Just threatened me. This got me to thinking later on...what if something had happened? What if my son was sick? What if he had died? What if that's why I missed the appointment? If that letter made me feel the way I did, I cant imagine the pain it could have caused a grieving parent.

I am surprised by others commenting about wait and talking about "business and managers." This is a doctor's office... When you go to this doctor's office there will be amazing doctors and helpful, caring nurses and staff ready to assist you. They will also be working with OTHER patients and families who have come in already and may need extra help. This is not a fast food restaurant that promises an average meal fast. This is a doctor's office that promises great care done the right way. I know multiple people who went to Bristol Street Peds as kids and are now taking their own children there... that speaks volumes about the quality of this office. We have had wonderful care here with Dr. Wendy Lapadat. Highly recommend this wonderful, kind doctor's office!

As a medical professional, I am very picky about our health care providers. When my daughter’s doctor moved, and we had to find another practice, I was nervous to go to a new place, but had heard wonderful reviews about Bristol Street Pediatrics in general and Dr. Kisor specifically. We went to the office for our first visit, and Dr. Kisor was amazing. She took time to talk with us about my daughter’s condition, which was new and complicated to us. She gave me ample time to talk through questions, and she really allowed my voice to be heard in the care process. I haven’t had a long wait on any of my visits, but if I did, I would say it’s worth it. Sometimes your doctor is taking time to really listen to the patient before you, which may make their schedule run behind. And your visit may be quick that day, but the next time when you want your doctor’s full attention, you would much rather get it then feel rushed so my doctor can keep to a one size fits all schedule. This is an office with high quality doctors who care, which is why I’ll continue to bring my daughter’s here.

I remember coming here to Bristol Street Pediatrics when I was little and now I bring my son. The staff is awesome! They always squeeze you in. They waits are usually short. They also have a location in Goshen now. It's not as nice.. I had an appointment set and still had to wait forever in the room.
