The front desk person is always extremely rude and looks like she hates her job. They have called in wrong medicines for me in the past. Specifically I was to have nausea medicine called in by my Dr and she or a nurse called in birth control..... Of course this was over the weekend so I did not have my medicine for a few days when I needed it. I have called and left messages regarding refills and they do not return your phone calls. They have very few good drs and staff. Count yourself lucky when you find a staff member that seems like they actually care.

It’s amazing being treated like a human, after having bad experiences at other OBs it was refreshing to be heard and feel like my well being and health was a priority. Very happy about my decision to switch!
