Awful.... Made appt, I drove down from Indy to help my girlfriend from Scottsburg who had an appt they verified with text & a call. When we got there they decided that would be the best time to tell us they did not accept our insurance. Then explained it was everyone's fault but theirs. Then when we asked for help their solution was to leave and call our insurance - just get out of their office.. A doctor named Able works here or owns this facility. This doc is running for office. If this is how an office they work for own or are associated with treats sick people, I'd not vote for them or have the courage to walk in the door. Worst experience in 15 yrs.

Waited over an hour past my appointment time. The waiting room was stuffed full of people and no one on the staff offered any apologies or explanations to any of us. Front desk staff was rude. Saw the nurse practitioner for a suspicious spot on my skin. She handed me a brochure and sprayed the spot with a freezy machine. No explanations or opportunities for questions. I was in the room a grand total of six minutes (I timed it) and then was ushered out. Terrible experience.

I absolutely love Associates In Dermatology In New Albany. Nurse Practitioner Susan Elrod is the best. She is sincere and caring and treats my skin just the way she would want her skin to be treated. I give her 5 stars! My mom is a patient, my kids and several co-workers and we all see her! Amazing and fast staff too!

Awful customer service from the Billing Department. Incorrectly charged a co-pay - and the Billing Department absolutely REFUSED to call my insurance company to confirm proper billing.

I do think the staff is very helpful and nice but we will see how my next visit goes with the Dr, he wasn't very pleasant the 1st time I seen him. I had questions and felt I was being pushed out and was told to ask the lady that follows him around. I want the Dr to answer them and not in a condescending way! Will post after this visit. Well visit went as I though. Went in for eczema check up and I immediately get asked how am I doing on my weight and the look of disgust he had on his face while talking. I don't understand why my skin condition has to do with weight but I spent 15 mins in parking lot crying because of him. Then when I to him I've lost 50 pounds he said we'll our scales dont go up high.. I felt even worse. A thin lady was not asked about hers and had the same condition..

This office is awesome. I always see the nurse practitioner Susan Elrod. I have been going for a med that I have been on for 6 mths. The staff is always very nice. I have seen of of the other doctors as well. He was nice but I prefer Susan Elrod. I highly recommend this office

i wasn't given a paper gown at my last appt at a new doctor. they made me lift my skirt instead. i called them today and told them i would not lift my skirt again and request the same privilege as a person who wears pants. i was so embarrassed at that appt i couldn't even tell him what was wrong. i felt really unclean and exposed. so i called and rescheduled it and told them what i thought about their lack of equality. I will revise my rate when my next appt comes up on nov 25th.

Horrible experience....set appt for new Albany office location with office staff. Left work on lunch...drive down there to arrive early only to find the office has no record of my appt and doesnt even have me in the system and there are no doctors on staff this day. There was another patient there that also had this happen to her and they rescheduled her appt. In the meantime I am in horrible pain with no resolution. Find out next day they made the appt for a Louisville location out of state. Ridiculous and a waste of my time and energy.
